00:00The lessons that I've learned about well-being are to number one prioritize my well-being over
00:11everything else. I've also learned to continue to maintain my peace and pursue peace at all
00:17times and to ensure that the people in my life help to bring peace and not chaos to my life.
00:22I've implemented those lessons in my life by creating boundaries. I have become more defined
00:31around the time that I have and who I spend it with. I've really started to set very tight boundaries
00:37and refine and look for quality over quantity in my relationships. For me, having a clean home
00:46is sort of the cornerstone towards ensuring that you can have peace and you can have zen in your
00:51life and you have balance and harmony. I look at my home as a sanctuary. It is the place where my
00:57family will rest and we will gather and we want to really create our memories. So for our home to be
01:03clean really gives us the space to create new memories.
