00:00Hi, I'm Felicia Bonanno and I'm so excited and honored to be here today with Essence Wellness
00:11House to offer you a guided meditation for anxiety. We all have those moments in our life
00:18where things just seem tough, difficult, you know, stress levels are high. So this meditation
00:25will allow you to feel balanced, aligned and centered within yourself, offering up a sense
00:32of calmness. So what you'll want to do is find a comfortable space. It can be seated, lying down
00:39and ground down through your sit bones. Take a deep breath in, fill up all the way. You can gently
00:47allow your eyes to close and with an audible sigh, just release and let it go.
00:55Take another deep breath in. This time you can take one hand to your belly, one hand to
01:02your heart. Fill up all the way. Allow the breath to rise up through your chest, through your
01:10heart. Feel your heart space peel open and with an audible sigh, release and let it go. Letting
01:20go of any of the tension and the stress of the day. One more, just like that. Inhaling. And exhale.
01:35Let it all go. Just release. Give yourself permission to surrender. Permission to let go of anything that
01:45that does not serve you in this moment. I want you to tap into your heart space. That area
01:57of light that we all have, that we're all connected by. I want you to feel that space within yourself.
02:05warm up. Feel that energy flow throughout your entire being. Flowing through your veins like
02:17a river. Fluid, smooth, but still powerful with a force. Allow that light of love to fill you
02:30up from the inside out. Creating a shield of protection around you so that nothing that
02:42doesn't serve you, anything that is not of love, that is not of light, any stagnant energy, any
02:53relationships that you need to let go of. They can't penetrate that space. Because your
03:00space is sacred. It is yours. And allow your space to be a space of calm, a space of peace, joy,
03:19joy, happiness, joy, happiness, a sanctuary for your soul. You are worthy of love. You are worthy
03:33of light. You are worthy of peace, joy, happiness. You are worthy of peace, joy, happiness.
03:47You are worthy of it all. You are worthy of it all. You can continue tapping into your breath. With
04:02each inhale, inhale joy, peace, happiness. With each exhale, releasing stress, releasing tension.
