00:11that my new thing that's got me flying so high and feeling good about myself
00:16is understanding that I am worthy of more and so are you. So I want to share with you my little
00:21formula. First, in order to believe that you're worthy of more, number one is you have to remove
00:29the ceilings. You have to believe that there is a more you can be but how do you do that? What is
00:35the more? So number one, let's identify what the more is. Is it a higher position at work? Is it
00:40more love and laughter in your relationship? Is it more travel in your life? Whatever the more is
00:45in your life, you have to believe that you're worthy of it. Step two, remove the ceilings off
00:51your life. Remove the understanding that you're giving yourself that you can't have it. You have
00:56to remove it. Just decide that you can have it. That's number two. Number three, remove the blocks
01:03that the blocks can be people, places and things that are convincing you that your more is not
01:08possible. And that's the toughest one but it's all it's not impossible. It's just challenging.
01:13Remove the blocks. The last one, number three, how do you sustain your more? Change your conversation.
