00:02The summer is perfect for protective styling, so I'm going to show you a two strand flat

00:07So I'm going to start by first taking down my hair.
00:20I already recently detangled it.
00:24And then I'm going to put the rest of my hair into the ponytail, just so it's not in the
00:27way.
00:28So I just take a little bit and put it on my hair, just take a little bit, put it on
00:36my fingers and apply it on this entire section.
00:43And now I'm going to start twisting by taking a section and breaking it into two pieces.
00:50And then twist as you normally would, a regular twist, but you grab hair as you go.
00:57Now I'm going to repeat the same process for the rest of my hair.
