00:00Slidell Louisiana Railfish, Harriot 2 is underway.
00:071952.
00:14That's one in the boat son.
00:17693.
00:18816.
00:21I feel that truck better.
00:27Oh God!
00:29That's going to be a clusterf**k on TV.
00:54Put your hands together for your 2025 Viva Rita Grand Champion.
00:58Mark Robinson.
01:04Hey folks, I'm Pat Malone.
01:06Host and Tournament Director of the Elite Fishing Series.
01:09Coming off Jeremy Reeves' big win in Port Arthur, Texas, the tour turned east.
01:15A new division, a new state and new pros.
01:18But taking place in a very familiar favorite, Slidell Louisiana.
01:25From great food and North Shore charm to wide open marsh and quiet waterways, Slidell delivers the full Louisiana experience.
01:32But fall is in the air on the North Shore and time for another exciting stop on the Viva Rita Tequila Top 10 Trail.
01:43Where the sport's top pros compete head to head on the Frogtogs Elite Solo Tour.
01:49No teammates, no draw partners.
01:52Where every cast counts.
01:54That's a real good fit.
01:55I would have liked to have him yesterday.
01:57Big dog son.
01:58Come on baby.
02:02First fish of the day.
02:04And every ounce matters.
02:07Come to Papa.
02:08Come to Papa.
02:09Yes!
02:11That's what I'm talking about!
02:15Heritage Park located in Old Town Slidell is the heart of the event and home to our daily weigh-ins.
02:22And that's where we'll begin.
02:23On day one, anglers battled the elements, obstacles, and the fish with mixed results.
02:30South Carolina's Danny Payne still managed a solid limit.
02:33It's going to start off at 1524.
02:35No small feed after blowing his lower unit in practice and being limited to trolling motor only range all day.
02:43I had to fish with just the trolling motor.
02:45So I would blast it off, if you want to call it that, on the trolling motor.
02:49And just fish the marsh right around Red Glass Marina.
02:54Texas Pro Will Granberry brought in a solid limit for day one.
02:59No dead fish penalty.
03:00All alive.
03:01Total weight.
03:021652.
03:03There's your leader, buddy.
03:04Including this fat 6.93 pounder.
03:08A great day of fishing.
03:09Fishing in Slidell, Louisiana.
03:11I caught 30, 35 fish today.
03:14A lot of 3 to 5 pound fish.
03:17And a lot of oversized fish.
03:19Just couldn't find the fish that I needed.
03:22Day two continued with the big limits.
03:24Frank Riss followed up his 2268 day one with 1847, securing his spot for day three.
03:32Florida Pro Reed Brown brought in 1818 on day two to pair with his day one 2181, punching his ticket to day three.
03:41Mississippi Pro Bo Favre weighed nearly identical weights of 1904 and 1907, taking the third pass to day three.
03:50And South Carolina Pro Ronnie Pitts overcame 1.75 pounds in penalties to fill the fourth and final spot in day three's field.
04:00Georgia Pro Tony Gaskins finished fifth 1911, but still took home $1,000 and some great hardware.
04:09Texas Pro Steve Auld couldn't follow up his big 1952 day one.
04:14I did catch a bunch of fish today, but some of them are just over 27 I couldn't bring in.
04:21And fell to sixth.
04:23Championship Saturday's final four is set.
04:26Risk, Brown, Favre, and Pitts advance to fish day three.
04:30Chasing the title of Viva Rita Tequila Grand Champion.
04:345.96 pounds.
04:36In the Yamaha Outboards Elite Fishing League's catch, weigh, and release format.
04:42Stay tuned, we'll be right back with more from Slidell, Louisiana after these brief messages.
04:49Can I drink water?
04:53Welcome back to the Elite Fishing Series on the Louisiana North Shore.
04:58The final four, along with their officials and cameramen, load up and head out for day three's launch.
05:03Locked in, focused, and ready to chase the Frog Togs Elite Solo Tour Championship at the Southerly Showdown, presented by Visit the North Shore.
05:13Hoping everything goes good today.
05:16Condition's about the same.
05:18We're going to make about a 30 minute run across to the Biloxi marsh.
05:22We're going to start over there.
05:23We're just going to have to run and gun and try to find fish in lots of different areas and keep moving until we can put some weight on the board.
05:32We're going to make a long run this morning.
05:35I hate to lose the time, but I just feel there's more fish further away, so get over there to the other side and just power fish.
05:44Try to get as many as we can in the boat.
05:46I hammer on them pretty good yesterday.
05:48We'll see if they're still there.
05:50I left a couple ponds open that I haven't fished yet, so maybe they'll be in there too soon.
05:58We're going to have a little ride, and then we'll see if we can get it done, son.

06:31The Final Four return for the last time this week to Rigolese Marina
06:35Loading gear, checking equipment, and launching their rigs.
06:40After targeting three heavy fish each of the previous two days, today it's all about catching large numbers of fish.
06:48This change has to be on the minds of each pro as they idle out of the pass and settle in for those last quiet moments before Championship Saturday begins.
06:58Final checks made, everything is locked down, and the field is ready for the run across the open waters of Lake Bourne.
07:08But even now plans are shifting as one angler breaks the line and makes the last second decision on the way to fishing spot number one.
07:16This is big water, and the run is no joke. A place where a lot can go wrong, but today it's calm, and everyone makes it through in good shape.
07:26Now it's countdown to Lines In, and time to fish for the title of Elite Fishing Series Champion.
07:33Nine, eight, seven, six, five, four, three, two, one.
07:45Lines in.
07:47Carried one, starts now.
07:49On the final morning, there's no margin for error. Every move matters, every bite counts, and every fish hooked up has to be landed to keep building your weights on the eye angler leaderboard.
08:09Decent one.
08:10Looks like Beau Favre found the fish, and has found them early.
08:16If he can land this one, he'll take the lead, and that can play with the other anglers' heads, as some are still searching.
08:24Better than what I think.
08:26For bite number one.
08:32Come on. Come on. Come on.
08:34Come on.
08:40As the fish pulls drag,
08:46Beau pulls back,
08:48and puts a good fish in the net.
08:52That's a real good fish. I would have liked to have him yesterday.
08:56It's a beautiful 6.40 pounder, and a great early start to his day three.
09:03Try to get on him early.
09:10Let's get another one.
09:18As Beau resets and reloads,
09:20in the same marsh system but a few miles away, Florida Pro Frank Risk is ready to go.
09:31There he is.
09:40Little guy but no play.
09:572.52.
10:02As Frank releases his first catch of day three, fellow Florida pro Reed Brown appears to have caught a little more than he can handle.
10:17Let's see if I can even pick him up.
10:32Stay tuned, we'll be back with more North Shore Giants after these brief messages.
10:41Beau Favre took the lead with fish number one and immediately made a move.
10:47Running gun looks to be Beau's day three strategy.
10:53Welcome back to the Louisiana North Shore and the Elite Fishing Series Championship Saturday.
11:02There he is. That's what we're after.
11:11Oh, God.
11:15That was a good one.
11:17Man.
11:19Frank Risk loses a good fish.
11:22He needed that one.
11:24Across the pond, Reed Brown is fighting to put his first scorable fish on the board.
11:32Oh, that ain't good.
11:38That might be a butt hooked.
11:40I don't know.
12:104.54.
12:164.54.
12:19Alright, broke the ice finally.
12:35Got a decent little fish in the boat.
12:37Had to come over here to some clean water and there's a school of fish right there.
12:48South Carolina pro Ronnie Pitts pitches to a good fish that could change up the leaderboard.
12:58There he is.
12:59And he's hooked up.
13:01This is a real good fish.
13:05Let's go.
13:06Let's go.
13:07Let's go.
13:08Let's go.
13:09Let's go.
13:10Let's go.
13:11Let's go.
13:12Let's go.
13:13Let's go.
13:14Let's go.
13:15Let's go.
13:16Let's go.
13:17Come on, baby.
13:20Come on, buddy.
13:21That's one in the boat, son, that's all I'm talking about.
13:27Whoo!
13:30That might be an eight pounder right there.
13:35That's what I'm talking about.
13:40Whoo!
13:41That might be an eight pounder right there.
13:48Seven pounds on the dot.
13:55Seven pounds on the dot.
13:58Ronnie makes it an easy call with an even seven pounder.
14:02As the water heats up...
14:03That's a good one.
14:04...so does the fishing.
14:07Stay out there, buddy.
14:10That's that one I missed, I'm not that good.
14:18Oh, yeah, that's one.
14:25Come on.
14:30He's ready.
14:34Oh, yeah.
14:35Yes!
14:36There we go.
14:41There we go.
14:42Exudes fan-tailed shrimp.
14:47Let's think heavy, think heavy.
14:506.28.
14:51628.
14:52Do I get a re-weigh one or one a day?
15:05You can re-weigh it.
15:07Whatever comes out on this one, we'll...
15:08Let's do that.
15:09Let's re-weigh it.
15:10I feel he's closer to seven at least.
15:13He's going.
15:14Zero.
15:15We'll go with that.
15:206.26.
15:21Yeah, it's been a little bit of a later bite.
15:36This water needs to fall out.
15:38But usually when you start finding them, you find them.
15:41And we haven't made it to the good part in the back, so I'm so excited about that.
15:46But, yeah, we have fish around.
15:48Just got to figure out how to catch them.
15:53Welcome back to Championship Saturday on the Louisiana North Shore.
15:58Mississippi Pro Beau Favre continues to catch fish, but the size has really fallen off.
16:04If he wants to win this event, he'll have to get back on the big ones.
16:08But on the elite fishing series, on day three...
16:113.4 counts.
16:12Every ounce really does count.
16:14I don't want to pull him off the net.
16:17Get to the net.
16:18Get to the net.
16:19Where has he gone?
16:213.14.
16:22As anglers add up their total weight caught during two four-hour fishing periods.
16:35Reed Brown strikes with back-to-back eight-pounders, pushing the leaders to the very brink.
16:40Oh, that'll work.
16:418.16.
16:42There we go.
16:438.00.
16:44Woo!
16:45That'll work.
16:46But the run doesn't last.
17:00As fast as they came in, the big ones left.
17:03And only smaller fish followed the remainder of day three.
17:07As day three pushes toward the finish, across the marsh Ronnie Pitts is hooked up.
17:13Fighting what looks like a leaderboard changer.
17:16And this fish is giving him all he wants.
17:19He's taking my ass to school too.
17:22But he lands it.
17:23He's about to give up the ghost.
17:25Look at that.
17:26Jabasco right there, son.
17:27And puts it on the Bricknell scales.
17:30In the end...
17:3210.25.
17:34It's just too heavy to count.
17:36And his moment slips away.
17:39First place, Bofar moved up to 47.76.
17:43You're in second place with 46.16.
17:47Reed Brown is at 31.98.
17:49And Ronnie Pitts is at 24.9.
17:52The championship Saturday is coming down to a heavyweight 15 round match.
17:57Between Frank Risk...
17:59Oh, God!
18:00There he is!
18:01Oh, my gosh!
18:03Oh!
18:04Who has overcome multiple misses to stay in the game.
18:09I made a wrong turn!
18:10And Bofar, who after taking the lead, made a wrong turn during a last minute move...
18:19That could turn out to be the end of this day.
18:22He has a little frog.
18:23Oh!
18:24Ain't this the f***ing ditch I come in on?
18:25Oh, he hit it!
18:26There he goes!
18:27I got him!
18:28Oh, yeah!
18:29That's a smoker, son.
18:30That's a smoker.
18:31He came back for it.
18:32Come on, please.
18:33Let me get this one in.
18:34Please, let me get this one in.
18:35Oh, this is the one we needed.
18:37Come on.
18:38No!
18:39No!
18:40Come on!
18:41Yes!
18:42Yes!
18:43Please!
18:44Please!
18:45No!
18:46No!
18:47No!
18:48Come on!
18:49No!
18:50Come on!
18:51No!
18:52Come on!
18:53No!
18:54Come on!
18:55No!
18:56Come on!
18:57Come on, buddy!
18:58Yes!
18:59Yes!
19:00Yes!
19:01Please make it!
19:03Please make it!
19:05Whew!
19:06That's gonna be close.
19:088.08.
19:10Yes!
19:11An incredible last minute catch as Risk puts an 8.08 on the board, taking the lead by just
19:19over a pound.
19:21Farr finally finds enough water to get his mamba on plane.
19:24Hold on.
19:25With time left for one more move.
19:28And eating just one more fish to take back the lead.
19:35As the water level continues to drop, Bo gets stuck again, out of water and out of
19:44time.
19:45All right, Bo, you have 30 seconds left.
19:47I can tell you these last 30 seconds, we ain't moving them but a few inches.
19:52But still in good spirits, Bo and his crew eventually get unstuck and head in.
20:01Joined by the rest of the field as the final four loads up and heads to Heritage Park in Slidell's
20:07Old Town for the final time.
20:10Ronnie Pitts finished in fourth place.
20:13Reed Brown took third.
20:16Second place went to Beau Favre.
20:18And Frank Risk became another 2025 Viva Rita Tequila Grand Champion.
20:24Congratulations anglers and thank you Slidell, Louisiana for hosting another exciting Elite Fishing Series event.

20:47In the first place with five minutes.
20:48Thanks a lot.
20:49In the second place we've seemed to be back.
20:50In the last place, we will have a chance of observatory research and how many people
20:53have been informed of them.
20:54The next place is located in the garage and it was a Forty-Mont.
20:56The next place was located on the porch.
20:57The next place was the guest in the garage and a half.
