00:17and what guys accomplished,
00:18your two-time coach of the year.
00:19So now what becomes interesting to me
00:21is I think we could all agree
00:24that the Ravens job is now the best job available
00:27based on having Lamar Jackson, two-time MVP,
00:30as your quarterback.
00:31The Steelers is probably the best franchise
00:33to go work for, but from a talent standpoint,
00:37I think we can agree that the Ravens job is the best job.
00:40Yes, if you're going by talent, yes.
00:42If I'm a coach, I want to be able to coach,
00:45so that's why Steelers will be attractive to me.
00:47Right, because Steelers, you're guaranteed a decade plus,
00:49maybe three decades.
00:50They're going to be patient with you
00:51and let you build your program.
00:52So I think, I would say the Ravens job is the best job,
00:55and just based on what we know from NFL Insiders
00:57and the accepted kind of talk of the town,
01:01the Falcons and the Titans probably come in in any order,
01:04number two and number three.
01:06Falcons because they have a loaded roster
01:08other than quarterback.
01:09Titans because you have a quarterback,
01:11a lot of cap space, and a well-respected GM,
01:14and they're going into a new stadium.
01:15So the town is very vested in Tennessee
01:18having a very good football team.

01:21So, is it fair to say that Stefanski just goes to Baltimore?

01:59and a team that you would think, talent-wise,

02:04I think Baltimore, if I'm Kevin Stefanski,
02:07that would be my number one choice.
02:08I don't want to rebuild another program.
02:11I don't want to go to a spot that doesn't have a quarterback,

02:18So, if I'm Kevin Stefanski,
02:20I want to be in Baltimore today
02:21and try to get the Baltimore job.
02:23Now, it's interesting why people still talk about
02:27the great job that John Harbaugh did.
02:30The Ravens started out this year 1-5.

02:32And, obviously, great run to become eligible in Week 18.
02:36You know, win a game, bang.
02:38You know, get into the playoffs,
02:39and who knows what would have happened,
02:40because you have a great quarterback.
02:41That defense was putrid.
02:43It was.
02:44For the first two and a half months of the season.
02:45Now, there were a lot of injuries.
02:46Yes, but they were statistically
02:48the worst defense in football
02:50for the first two and a half months of this season,
02:53and quite famously,
02:54you blew a 30-point lead to the Bills in Week 1.

02:57If they pulled on to a 30-point lead,
02:59you're in the playoffs.

03:05If you're the Ravens,
03:06I'll give you three guys
03:07to be your next head coach.
03:09Would you take Kevin Stefanski,

03:13Would you take Mike McDaniel,
03:15who had a great run as offensive coordinator
03:17in San Francisco,
03:18and did take the Dolphins
03:19to two playoff appearances,
03:21didn't win either year?
03:22Or would you take Cliff Kingsbury,
03:24who really, to be fair,
03:26got the most out of Kyler Murray,
03:28and that was in Kyler Murray's rookie season,
03:30but they did go to the playoffs,
03:31and got embarrassed in that one playoff game.
03:34And, again, I know there's other candidates,
03:36but I'm thinking you've got to go get a guy
03:39that knows how to run an offense.
03:40I've got Derrick Henry,
03:42Zay Flowers,
03:43I've got great tight ends,
03:44and I've got an all-world quarterback.
03:46You're in charge of the Ravens.
03:48Those are the only three guys you can pick.
03:50Who's your head coach?
03:53Probably Stefanski.

03:56I've got no quarrel with that.
03:57Yeah, now, my issue is...
03:59I'm Michael Kingsbury.
04:00I have a lot of questions about Kingsbury
04:03because he's been inconsistent
04:05with his body of work.
04:07Okay.
04:07He's been an inconsistent body of work.
04:09I blame Kyler Murray for that,
04:10and the J. Daniels injury
04:11in year two in Washington,
04:13but I can't argue with it.
04:14I mean, it's been inconsistent.
04:15I understand,
04:16but it's been an inconsistent body of work,
04:18and also, previous to the NFL,
04:21he was inconsistent in college as well,
04:23up and down.
04:23He has never had sustained success
04:26two, three, four years in a row,
04:28and I guess you could say that
04:29about all three of those guys,
04:31but he's the one that's the least proven
04:33as a head coach of those three,
04:35so that's why I take Kingsbury out from it.

04:38Maybe he ends up in Miami.
04:39Maybe that would make sense.
04:40There's spots that maybe make sense for him,
04:43but to me,
04:43I'm trying to win a Super Bowl this year.
04:45Yeah.
04:45I don't think he's ready to win a Super Bowl.
04:47See, I don't think Miami's a good job,
04:48and it's not a good job
04:50because you don't have a quarterback
04:51to give cap problems.
04:52But it's a job.
04:52There's 32 of them,
04:53and would he rather be an OC or a head coach?
04:56If he wants to be a head coach,
04:57maybe that's a job he ends up with.
04:59I'm saying that if I'm the Ravens,
05:01I want to win the Super Bowl.
05:02I guess I should do this
05:03almost in reverse order.
05:04Like, what's the worst job?
05:06And then kind of build on top of that.
05:08I think the Cleveland Browns job right now
05:10is the worst job with the current roster,
05:12and I'm saying that acknowledging
05:13they have a lights-out defense
05:15and the best defensive player in the sport
05:17in Miles Garrett.
05:18But you learned a valuable lesson again.
05:20Everyone always talks about
05:22defense wins championships, right?
05:24But you have one of the best defenses in football,
05:26clearly the best defensive lineman,
05:28and arguably the best defensive player
05:30in all football miles Garrett.
05:32And you didn't make the playoffs this year
05:34because you have an offense
05:35that averaged three points a game.
05:37So I think the Browns is probably the worst job.
05:42I think the Dolphins is probably the second worst job
05:45because of the cap issues.
05:47And I think if you look at that roster,
05:48it's not very good.
05:50And you have a problem with two as your quarterback.
