00:00I usually don't take shots at other broadcasters. I leave their stupidity alone. Yeah
00:05Because I recognize desperation when I see it. Yeah, and I'd rather people talk about my takes to your take
00:10I usually don't comment on other people's takes. Yeah, but he said something that was just so stupid and he's a really
00:15bright guy by the way like he's very very smart. It's just troubling, but he went on this podcast that I guess nobody
00:20Is downloading or watching called the speakies. It's his podcast. Yeah. Yeah, it's it
00:25That's why no one watches it and he came out and he said something to the effect
00:30of Shadur Sanders should not listen to the direction or
00:35Coaching of Todd Munkin. That's right because what's Todd Munkin ever done?
00:40In the NFL and he actually said that with a straight face. Yes, and I'm like
00:45That's interesting. So you're telling a guy who statistically was the
00:50single worst quarterback in the last 25 years based on guys with 200 past attempts
00:55or more. Yeah, which I came out yesterday at the 18.9 quarterback rating and
01:00you're telling him to disrespect his new head coach who by the way
01:05happens to be an offensive guru. Yeah, who might get the most out of Shadur
01:09where
01:10he becomes a legitimate starting quarterback in the NFL exactly he didn't have that coaching last
01:15year. He did not Kevin Stefanski and the rest of the Browns coaching staff and your first reaction
01:20is he shouldn't listen to Todd Munkin look
01:25I understand that there are a lot of people out there that love Deion Sanders. I do too.
01:30One of my favorite athletes of all time and I understand that there's a lot of people out there that are trying to
01:35Curry favor to Deion. That's where I draw the line. I'm going to talk about things honestly and objectively
01:40whether you're my friend or not. That's why I have friends because they know I'm not going to sugarcoat crap.
01:45When it's bad, I say it's bad. When it's good, I say you're good. Yeah, but there are still members of
01:50the media and I'm not sure if it's a black white thing. I think for some it might be I can't speak that
01:55for I don't think it's with him. I just think it's stupid. Yeah, it's just stupid
02:00Todd Munkin is a proven coach. He has coached in the NFL before quite
02:05famously for the kitchen sled Cleveland Browns many years ago. He was a very
02:10well thought of coordinator at the collegiate level and if you talk to Lamar Jackson
02:15Lamar Jackson's best year at one of his two MVP years was with Todd Munkin.
02:20as his offensive coordinator. Yes, so Todd Munkin's resume speaks for
02:25itself. It absolutely does. To come out and say that Shadur Sanders shouldn't listen.
02:30to Todd Munkin because what's Todd Munkin ever done?
02:35I would say to Emmanuel who I like and is a nice guy and a very bright guy.
02:40Why should we watch your podcast? What have you ever done in the podcast world?
02:45that makes you a voice I should listen to. There you go. Right? Yeah, that's absolutely fair.
02:50I don't like broadcaster on broadcaster crime, right? But that was just beyond the
02:55pale of stupidity and it's just desperation. You know, that's when people talk about
03:00you know, shock jocks are, you know, trying to get engagement for clicks. That's not the
03:05poster child of being desperate for views. I don't have that problem. I get
03:10lots of views.
