00:00As we filled a bunch of spots, NFL head coaching spots last night,

00:05we get word that my main man Robert Sala has accepted the job

00:08to become the new head coach of the Tennessee Titans.

00:11And word on the street is that Mike McDaniel might be going with him

00:15as the offensive coordinator.

00:17That is a best-case situation for Cam Ward.

00:20Yeah, it absolutely is.

00:21Absolutely is.

00:21You get a defensive head coach that will probably put him

00:25in better field position to put a position to succeed in that way.

00:28And then you get an offensive genius as far as a coordinator goes in McDaniel.

00:33We'll see if he can rebuild to be a head coach.

00:35But he definitely is a very smart offensive mind.

00:36Yeah, and by the way, that gives Mike McDaniel a chance

00:40to resurrect his head coaching career because the Tennessee Titans stink.

00:44Cam Warden seemed like towards the end of the season,

00:47he had started to maybe figure it out, albeit with a terrible roster around him.

00:52So if Robert Sala goes there with Mike McDaniel

00:54and Robert Sala's got the defensive side of things unlocked,

00:58if Mike McDaniel winds up unlocking the beast that you and I saw

01:03at Miami last year in Cam Ward, Mike McDaniel becomes easily

01:08the number one coaching candidate next year's cycle.

01:11Absolutely.

01:12That's a no-brainer.

01:12And it appears the Ravens are not looking at him.

01:16It appears.

01:16Looks like the Ravens are going defense.

01:18Looks that way.

01:19Brian Flores is still a guy that they're thinking about.

01:21I know the Steelers are also.

01:23Right.

01:23But every name I've seen associated with Baltimore seems to be defensive-minded.

01:27Yeah, and I wonder now, outside of the Steelers,

01:29because they have such a good, like, solid organization,

01:32are the other jobs really attractive if you have choices

01:35or maybe it's better to wait a year?

01:37I'm wondering how some of these guys are going to approach it.
