We'll be doing pork and basil.

Masyadong marami since we're using pork belly.

So maglalabas pa ito ng sariling yung taba later on.

We're cutting it into what we call lardon.

Medyo mas makakapal na strip.

And then prepare lang natin yung iba pa nating ingredients.

So we have here onions.

And then yung ating red bell pepper.

Naglagay lang tayo nito mainly for presentation para lang may pop ng color.

Season lang natin ito ng konting asing.

And then deglaze lang natin ng water.

By doing so, mas makakapag-render pa tayo yung fat nung ating pork belly.

Nang hindi nasusunog yung pan natin.
