00:00What does it mean to receive recognition for The Last of Us here tonight?
00:03Oh, it's lovely. I'm like here repping the whole of The Last of Us team.
00:08And yeah, it feels like really special.
00:11And also to be nominated by like Critics' Choice especially, it's like that feels like legit.
00:17So yeah, no, it's lovely. Thank you.
00:19Since we're here at the Critics' Choice Awards, do you read reviews of your projects or do you avoid them?
00:24I sometimes do. I don't get like, sometimes I get a bit, no, that was the wrong answer.
00:30Sometimes I like can get quite intense of like looking at all of them, like it gets a bit addictive.
00:36And other times I like read one and then I'm done.
00:40Like it's kind of depends. It depends like how sad I am.
00:44Depends how like how bored I am, how much sleep I've had.
00:48There's lots of factors that go into whether I read reviews or not.
00:51Now with season three of The Last of Us, where are things at on it and what can you share?
00:58Not a lot.
00:58Like nothing.
01:00No, probably not. Probably safer.
01:02Have you seen any scripts?
01:06Yes.
01:07You have. Okay. Well, that's something you can say.
01:09And I've just seen them.
01:11You haven't read them. You just saw the cover.
01:14Like I saw it from across the room.
01:16I'm really bad at reading things. It takes me a long time.
01:18How do you think that Neil's absence from season three might affect the show?
01:23I mean, I think that he left us in such good stead, like, and he still will always be like a part of the fabric of it.
01:31It's literally his creation in the whole world.
01:33So, I mean, he'll still, he's still like that even though he's not.
01:36So, I think it, I think it will be fine.
01:39And since this is the Critics' Choice Awards, I want you to be a critic for a second.
01:42What's a movie you watched recently that you would give a five star review to?
01:46Like five out of five?
01:47Yeah.
01:48Not five out of ten.
01:49No, five out of five.
01:49Oh, yeah, that's how the star rating works normally in film and TV.
01:53No, that's a good distinction. I'm glad you asked.
01:55Yeah, no problem.
01:57A movie that I watched.
01:58Oh, that's a great question.
02:01I watched Juno for the first time quite recently.
02:04And I loved it.
02:06That's classic.
02:06Yeah, I watched it on a plane, actually, and I cried.
