00:16What's it been like for you seeing him leave?
00:19You know, I just talked about it.
00:21He's a guy that I've seen work so hard, and he put up numbers, you know.
00:26If this was a team, you know, he'd be one of those guys that had a great career,
00:30and I'm excited to see what he does next, and he's the man.
00:33Everybody loves him, so, you know, I'm one of those people.
00:38When you think about your career outside of SNL, what other kind of projects do you want to take on?
00:42Well, no, I'm doing my SNL, my first, sorry, my first Netflix special, my stand-up.
00:48Comes out now, the 7th, and I'm excited about doing stand-up
00:51and hopefully doing some more acting.
00:53I'm writing, you know, trying to do the whole thing.
00:57Since we're here at the Critics' Choice Awards, I've been asking people if they read reviews.
01:01Like, will you read reviews of the stand-up special or avoid them?
01:04You know, I think the important thing is to just keep working.
01:08That's how I try to keep my mind, you know, safe, you know,
01:11because you can get caught up and start to feel bad about yourself,
01:15and I don't think that helps you, you know.
01:17So I think you take it as it comes, and then you keep going, you know.
01:22If you have to read one, you read one, and then you keep going, good or bad.
01:26You should just keep going.
01:27And since it's the beginning of a new year, I've been asking people tonight,
01:30what's one thing that's in for 2026 and one thing that's out?
01:34Wow.

01:40I think my mom always told me being nice is always in,
01:46and being mad and being sad and being, you know, angry, that's out.
