00:00Here's my read on it. I'll be curious your guys' opinion.
00:02I think Stafford will have the sentimental vote, if I put that in quotes, older, has never won it.
00:11And it's had a great season where and then I think what might hurt Drake in the voters eyes is, you know, who did they play compared to the Rams?
00:21Fair or not? You know, was it an easier schedule?
00:25So those are sort of what I what I think the voters might be thinking.
00:31But I feel like with two games to go and let's see what Stafford does tonight, because this is like coming down like a horse race coming down the homestretch.
00:39And here's Drake on the outside. And that was a that was a pretty decisive homestretch that he that he was running last yesterday against the Jets.
00:49I'm just curious. You mentioned, first of all, the lifetime achievement thing with the award.
00:53I think we've seen that come into play. But you mentioned maybe the voters holding the schedule against May, just in your personal opinion.
01:00I know you said you don't have a vote, but to me, it's the schedule Drake May has versus, well, Stafford's throwing to Puka Nakua and Devontae Adams.
01:11Not that the Patriots receivers are bad, but those are, you know, a future Hall of Famer and maybe the best in the league right now.
01:16What do you think holds more weight, the week schedule or the talent that Stafford has around him?
01:23That's a good question, Alex. I think it probably depends on who you ask.
01:27I actually I don't think either. I if I was voting, I guess I'll speak for myself.
01:33If I was voting, I don't know if I would I'd try not to factor in either of those things.
01:38And I would try to dig deeper and be like, OK, MVP, what what is this award?
01:44It's, you know, I guess and I would say if you take that player away from the team, what does that team look like?
