00:07how important is culture and locker room fit, especially this time of the year?

00:14I mean, I think it's important.

00:16It's a role that you have to, you know, I mean, the balance, right?

00:21You're just trying to, you know, get it right.

00:24And whoever we add to this team, again, we've tried to establish something here as far as what we want to be and who we are.

00:34So I think we'll always be conscious of the person, you know, that you have to have talent.

00:42And then there's the, you know, whether that's this week or next March or next July,

00:47always weigh the trust that we have with somebody and their ability and where that falls.

00:54So those are decisions that we have to make as far as player acquisition.
