00:00Mike Vrabel's introductory press conference gets up there and talks about the pillars of his program and says the goal is to win the division, to host playoff games.
00:09They've done that.
00:10They are going to do that.
00:12In that moment, what was your reaction when he said that in that moment and seeing it come from then to now?
00:19What do you think the biggest thing is he's done that's allowed them to check that box in one year?
00:24So I remember being in that room, Alex, where he was introduced because it was the same place he was inducted in the Patriots Hall of Fame.
00:34And honestly, I remember thinking to myself, like, they got a guy that's got a plan and it's a new direction.
00:43But we had almost already, you know, experienced that 11 months or 12 months prior in the transition from Bill to Gerard.
00:52So I remember feeling just a little bit of we sort of just went through this, you know, and and it didn't feel like it had the same, for lack of better words, pomp and circumstance.
01:05At the time, it was more like, let's just try to move this forward.
01:09And I think the one word I would highlight on the question is culture.
01:13You know, the culture that Mike Rabel has brought in again from the top down has just, to me, set the tone for what we've seen happen.
