00:00I mean, I love this. I love football. I love coaching here, you know, working for Raves.

00:06I've said this before, but, you know, I learned something every day, every week.

00:11You know, it's just cool for me just to watch, you know, that whole process and the way he's really kind of spearheaded,

00:21you know, the vision that he has for our team and our staff has been great.

00:25And then just this group of players, you know, they come to work every day with a great approach and great attitude.

00:31It makes your job fun. You know, you're just, you know, winning is fun.

00:34But I think you've got to have an opportunity to enjoy the process regardless of the outcome.

00:40If you don't do that, it's kind of hard.

00:41And I think I've learned over time that I've got to do that more often, you know,

00:46and not just tie it necessarily to the outcome of the game.

00:50So just trying to enjoy the guys and we have a lot of fun at practice and the meetings that walk through and then hopefully on Sunday.
