Mother Vanishes with Lover, Leaves Five Children Alone in Mainpuri

In a shocking incident, a woman from Kashiram Colony in the Kotwali area of Mainpuri city allegedly fled with her lover, leaving her five children alone at home.

The woman, Sangeeta, was married to Ankul of Kashiram Colony about 10 years ago. The couple has five children. Ankul works as a truck driver and often stayed away from home for days. During this period, Sangeeta reportedly came in contact with a youth from Kanpur, and the acquaintance later turned into a relationship.

According to the family, Sangeeta left the house with her lover, allegedly taking gold and silver jewellery. It is also alleged that she withdrew around ₹70,000 from a loan taken in Ankul’s name.

The children are in shock after their mother’s sudden disappearance. The youngest, a two-year-old girl, has been crying constantly, while the others are waiting for her return.

Ankul has appealed to the administration for justice and sought action to ensure the safety and future of his children. He has demanded a probe into the matter.
