Hello everyone, this is Chris Berger. It’s time for a Berger Point.

You know, I wanted to talk to you a little bit about finding a good real estate agent and how it’s really done.

Well, of course, you know, reviews online when you search for a name, always a good start, okay?

And don’t take everything for gospel, but just try to gather enough information where you see five or six reviews.

But more importantly, what you can do is ask any of your friends, if they know of a real estate agent and their experience with them, because experience is probably the number one teaching tool.

And that really makes a difference.

Now, what I would strongly suggest, whether you are searching for a home, or selling your home is that you call an agency.

Ask to speak to an agent and ask to set an appointment and have them come in and give you the information.

Now, by doing this, you’re going to see if they’re prompt, number one.

Number two, your impression of them, to see if you can work with them because somebody can refer and refer and refer.

But if you trust your own instincts and by doing that, that helps with the communication.

And I still maintain that communication is so essential to selling or buying your home.

That’s my point.

See I’m wearing my pink shirt today.

And I do that to celebrate my granddaughter’s birthday. Her favorite color is pink.

And, you know, she pranced in one day with this hat.

So the Brian Wilson hat is by far my favorite hat.

I look at the hat and just smile.

So that’s a good thing.

So thank you for listening. Have a great day.
