What My Brother Caught Landscapers Doing On His Ring Camera

You know recently my brother told me a little story about his ring camera.

He lives in Florida and the schedule was the landscaper was coming in to refresh his flower bed and spiff it up a bit.

So, the agreement, of course, was to bring in mulch and some new trees and things like that.

So he was away and when he came back to his surprise there were plants there —-shorter as promised. The plants were trimmed.
However, the mulch was taken from other places around his property.
It wasn’t new mulch. So how did he find this out?

Well, this is kind of a secret, you know, that we all know about.
And it’s called the ring camera.

This is so important for both buyers and seller because when you visit a home as a buyer, always be aware that a camera can be on and is recording you.

Now, that is illegal unless the listing agent tells the buying agent, which would be me, and the buying agent then informs you and is aware that there’s cameras in the house.

It’s the obligation of the listing agent to tell the buyer’s agent...
