00:35And, you know, to me, this has just been a franchise that's never lived up to expectations.
00:40Obviously, once they got on the right track of things, they've never lived up to any expectations.

00:46They've always had controversies.
00:48I see this as just a sign of the team and the culture overall.
00:53And I know that Steve Ballmer wants to say, like, oh, they're the future of the NBA.
00:57They have this new arena that you alluded to.
00:59But something feels wrong about the franchise, that they're just never going to actually be as good as they think that they are.

01:14And they just need a clean reset to get rid of all these contracts and then just build from the ground up because none of this is working.
