01:14comeback win for them last night 34 to 26 they end up taking this one behind jj mccarthy who's looked
01:20certainly a lot better now that he's getting a little bit more of an opportunity dac prescott for
01:25the first time in a while did not throw a touchdown pass in this one vikings getting it done on the
01:30ground and on defense as well here's kevin o'connell on picking up the spoiler win um and the response
01:36from our quarterback uh was fantastic on the road sunday night football uh first attempt gets batted and
01:42intercepted and uh you know he responded i think he went eight of his next 10 after that for for uh you
01:48know 142 yards and a touchdown and uh just felt confident uh he felt you know just simply still
01:54uh doing his job throwing some check downs here there and then when the big plays were there he
01:59uh he he made the plays for the most part there's still a couple you know things that throws that
02:04maybe he'd like to have back but when you're making good decisions you get your ops and uh it's the
02:09national football league just saw i just saw a team thursday night you know that's not going to
02:12playoffs beat a really beat a good team and knock them out and so we've got to show up and just do our
02:17job we got to show up and do our job and that starts throughout the week and when you get to
02:20the game days it's a celebration of the hard work that you've put in through your preparation so
02:24nothing's going to change for me and um that's going to be my influence as a leader my message
02:29to anybody around me is taking pride in who you are as a man and who you are as a football player and
02:35and the job responsibility that you have and what that entails is giving your best every day and if you

03:27um you know they battled their butt off they played with great tempo um they knocked them you know around
03:34as best they could and i thought our guys responded because of it we were able to get open and find some
03:38completions um you know four different guys with a touchdown um bandy was first that was um you know
03:44awesome to see especially getting us going like that having the first one of the day and then just
03:49having four different guys score um big touchdowns like that it's huge um you know being able to score
03:54points and not kick field goals is in a game like that that's usually the difference maker the buffalo
04:01bills were down 21 nothing to the new england patriots in a game they came all the way back to win how
04:05about this 35 to 31 they're alive right now in the afc playoff chase and for the division buffalo was a
04:13slight favorite in this one they end up covering of course naturally who else other than josh allen to
04:18bring this team all the way back after the game talked about it being a signature win of the season
04:22we stayed the course um stayed together didn't ride the highs didn't ride the lows um just uh told
04:29ourselves at halftime you know we really felt like we were hurting ourselves in the first half
04:33um you know going out there and just trying to execute each each and every given play i think
04:38it's the love that that each man in that locker room has for each other um the willingness to to
04:43put their body on the line in order to not let their teammates down and i think that's that's the
04:48driving force um it's the relationships in that in that room um you know and whether we're playing
04:54really good whether we're playing really bad um this team we're going to stick together and continue to
04:58fight and can continue to try to find ways to win football games and i think we saw that tonight
05:02rams battled with the lions for about three quarters and then took over on the ground and
05:09through the air blake corum tyron williams both scoring touchdowns in this one as the rams running
05:14game seems to be taking charge 41 to 34 is the final la scores 24 points in the second half of this
05:22one john mcveigh's team's gonna play thursday night coming up it's the next nfl game after tonight
05:27but still relishing in the win over a very good lions team i'm staying in the moment they kept
05:32making them snap it one more time on the defensive side of the ball um and i was proud of the way that
05:37we just you know responded we always talk about you know let's let's not react let's respond um and we
05:42don't have much time to be able to enjoy it you know it's great to be able to punch a ticket to the
05:45playoffs that's obviously always a goal is to be able to give yourself a chance to play extra games
05:50after that those 17 that you're guaranteed but i love this football team um and i'm excited you
05:55know about being able to start the the preparation for seattle our guys are starting recovery right
06:00now and what a hell of a challenge we have coming up on thursday 44 year old philip rivers returned
06:06to the football field he started the game for the colts against the seahawks but seattle kicked
06:10six field goals in this game to win 18 to 16 including a game winner at the end of the game of course
06:16seattle was huge favorites in this one 13 and a half point favorites total 42 and a half uh rivers
06:21what can you say i mean he played pretty good for a 44 year old overall here was his assessment
06:26you know um we didn't find a way to get it done as the bottom line uh we did a lot of things really
06:31well both sides of the ball um and obviously uh blake unbelievable kicking the football uh all game
06:37um but you know just some of us in there talking now is you know uh we we got to win
06:44you know i'm speaking offensively uh um if i can you know stay healthy like i feel good you know
06:53and we it's going to get better as we go but the catch in that is we got to win it doesn't really
06:58matter if it's getting better as we go if we don't win because it's going to be over in three weeks so
07:01um that's the catch there but it's going to continue to get better i mean this was obviously
07:04the first one we're talking about three days of practice um so uh but again i it was it was a real
07:11blessing to be back out there with the guys but obviously this is about the colts and the seahawks
07:15and we didn't find a way to get it done and uh certainly certainly a few plays here and there i'd
07:19like back um but all in all we just didn't didn't find a way ravens took care of business against the
07:26bengals shutting them out knocking them out of the playoffs baltimore 24 to nothing is the finals
07:32they're still alive in their division chase also how about tyler shuck and the saints panthers
07:37controlled their own destiny all they needed to do was win this game they lose to new orleans 20
07:41to 17 49ers beat the titans 37 to 24 behind a couple of touchdowns from jawan jennings and the
07:49texans now have won six straight games they beat arizona by a final of 40 to 20 impressive day for the
07:56las vegas raiders they only gave up 31 points this week they didn't score any i don't know if that
08:02means anything 31 nothing the final ouch bears moved to 10 and 4 they crushed the browns 31 to 3
08:07trevor lawrence six touchdowns five throwing one rushing jags beat the jets 48 to 20 and the
08:13commanders beat the giants 29 to 21 to end their eight game losing streak in baseball a couple of
08:18signings this morning josh bell re uh or does sign with the minnesota twins his seventh team in seven
