00:00So let's start with the familiar name.
00:02We've said that Roma Doomsday will be out.
00:03So where does that lead us?
00:05Where does that lead you?
00:07Well, it's going to lead us again to Luther Burton.
00:09So I just rolled out for you some of the target volume he's been getting.
00:13The matchup is solid enough.
00:15Again, Cleveland defensively, well, last week, not great.
00:18But at home, all year has been much better than on the road.
00:21So we'll see here what Shador Sanders can do.
00:24And look, I want Shador Sanders to perform offensively as well
00:26because that will push the Chicago Bears offense.
00:29What you want is Shador to play well in this game
00:32if you have shares of Swift, of Mononga, of Caleb Williams, of Luther Burton, right?
00:37Because you want there to be some scoring.
00:39What you don't want is a 16-13 slugfest in December,
00:42which could be what we get, but I don't really want that to happen.
00:46So let's hope that we can build on what we saw last week from Shador Sanders
00:49and he can give us a little bit more offense,
00:51get this total into the mid to high 40s.
00:54And if they can do that together, that's a good thing.
00:56And look, the Bears are coming off a tough loss.
00:57Caleb Williams has to be better.
00:59You know, that play design in that last play
01:01where he threw that pick in the end zone was perfect.
01:05Cole Komet released.
01:06Cole Komet was open.
01:08If he turns and he has a two-step and throw,
01:11he hits Cole Komet and that's a touchdown.
01:13That's easy touchdown.
01:15And then what Caleb Williams does and what Caleb Williams always does,
01:18which is he runs another six yards, takes another six steps,
01:21and it gives the corner time to close.
01:23It takes the angle, it takes it away.
01:25And next thing you know, that play's not there anymore.
01:26And instead of pivoting, you know, he just locks in because he knows Cole Komet is that one look there.
01:32There's another guy, DJ Moore, underneath who's open, but he never even sees him.
01:36So this is that stuff.
01:38This is that inner working as a quarterback that I continue to struggle with Caleb Williams.
01:41Or people say, oh, look at the Bears record.
01:42Look at the Bears record.
01:43And I'm like, look at the tape.
01:45Look at the tape.
01:45Because if he turns at a two-step, turns around, throws that football,
01:50Caleb Williams and the Bears tie that football game.
01:52And who knows where we go from there.
01:53And that's a story we're all talking about, right?
01:56So he's got to be better in those spots.
01:58He's got to trust the process.
02:00He's got to stop trying to do too much, trying to stop artificially extending plays.
02:03Because all he's doing is putting his team in worse scenarios.
02:06Everything about that.
02:06I saw people bitching and moaning about that play design.
02:08Oh, it's a bad play call.
02:09No, it's not.
02:10It was a perfect play call.
02:11Cole Komet was wide open.
02:12He just extended the play too long.
02:15The corner closes.
02:16And then the rest is history.
02:18Great insight.
02:19Dynamite job, Joe.
02:20Really, really well done.
02:22Let's keep that momentum going and talk about a split backfield on a team
02:26and where we should lead.
02:28Let's go.
02:29Look, the trend continues to go to Blake Corum.
02:31He's still available.
02:31I can't believe he's still available.
02:33So if you have Kyron Williams, you've got to have Blake Corum on your roster.
02:35And if you don't have Kyron Williams, I think you still want Blake Corum on your roster.
02:39He's flex-worthy this week.
02:40He's got three touchdowns in his last two games.
02:42He's going against the Detroit Lions.
02:43It's an offense you can score on.
02:45You can run on.
02:46So I'm all in here for Blake Corum.
02:48After this, it does get tough.
02:50You've got the Seattle Seahawks next.
02:52And then after that, the Atlanta Falcons.
02:53So that's his rest of season schedule there.
02:56But the way they're using Blake Corum, he feels like he's at least going to have use.
02:59And if something should happen to Kyron Williams,
03:03Blake Corum has shown you he can take over the full workload and be great.
03:07He would be an RB1 in this offense, okay,
03:10if something happened to Kyron Williams.
03:12So you've got to have these insurance policies on your roster at the very least.
03:16Even in a shallow league, if Blake Corum is floating out there,
03:18don't let him float out there.
03:19The last thing you want to have happen is for him to end up on some other team
03:23and then taking you the next couple weeks to win a championship.
03:25I know the schedule is a little tricky the next two weeks,
03:27but still, I've got to have Blake Corum on rosters at the very least.
03:30And if you need some help this week, he is certainly startable.
