00:26there's a procedure and am i reporting on this particular team in this situation jalen carter's

00:31had shoulder problems kevin back to georgia i was told uh at the time of the draft before the eagles

00:36draft and we knew about the off the field stuff but he had shoulder problems it was not a matter of

00:41will this shorten his career it was going to be a nagging kind of thing and that's what happened

00:46with him in fact he started training came off on their on their training camp injury list with a

00:52shoulder issue and now he's had a procedure in both shoulders so the hope is by the end of the

00:58regular season he'll be good to go for the playoffs and be ready to go because this has been a problem

01:03like he is not until and it also plagued him against chicago in the cold weather here in philly

01:09but a couple games before that he started to come on because he had not had a great season he had not

01:14been dominant consistently dominant kevin you know as an eagle fan he had not had the great season

01:18but there there have been there have been a concern here and you saw how bad the run defense

01:23was chicago almost historically bad now now they're going to go with young who um byron young who backs

01:29him up who's a former third round pick for the raiders uh who will get a chance here he'll play

01:48a half it hasn't budged you would think now the chargers would be a favorite why are they not a

01:53favorite without jalen carter and lane johnson at right tackle because there's uncertainty here with

01:58justin herbert by the way did not take all the first team wraps in saturday's practices as they
