00:00This government is pro-business. We need businesses, we need the private sector and the public sector to be fundamentally driven to achieve some of that growth in local communities.
00:10And one of the reasons we want a healthier population, one of the reasons we want these neighbourhood health centres in the community is because they do contribute to that growth.
00:17The health and care sector is part of driving some of that growth. So some of the things I'm talking about today are about building new centres.
00:23Those are jobs, there's money in people's pockets which is the prime focus of the Chancellor so they can do things like enjoy local businesses.
00:31So we understand times are tough for people and tough for businesses and tough for people but that's why the Chancellor's focused on the cost of living crisis for people,
00:39about supporting our public services and getting our national debt down so we build that wider confidence in the international market as well.
00:46That is what we will be hearing from Rachel Reeves tomorrow.
