00:00We will make people's lives better. That was our commitment to people in coming into office.
00:03We do have the fastest growth out of any other G7 country.
00:07We live in a very volatile world. We all know that, and the Chancellor's very acutely aware of that.
00:12But focusing on the cost of living, more money in people's pockets, supporting our public services,
00:17the neighbourhood health centres that I'm talking about, about restoring our pride in where we live,
00:22making sure that services do respond to people in a way that they haven't in the past.
00:25So that is fundamentally part of what Rachel will be doing and bringing down our debt.
00:29And we'll hear that from her tomorrow.
00:31And when we see these neighbourhood health centres that we are committed to going up in local communities,
00:36that will give people more confidence that we are delivering for them.
00:40They've already seen waiting lists falling. They're seeing more GPs in their communities.
00:44We promised two million more appointments. We've got five million more appointments.
00:47We know it's green shoots. We know there's a long way to go.
00:51But I think things like these neighbourhood health centres are tangible examples of our commitment and fulfilling our promise.
