00:00So I can't say what's going to be in the budget. Obviously the decisions have not yet been taken,
00:05we haven't had the OBR forecast published yet, and the Chancellor will make those decisions,
00:12not me. But what I can say is that we have progress in the number of interest rate cuts
00:17that we've seen. We're the fastest growing economy in the G7, people are investing in this country,
00:22but a lot of people don't feel the benefits of that. The economy feels sticky for a lot of people,
00:27and we know that the OBR budget work that they have done on productivity is going to show that
00:34austerity, Covid and of course that botched Brexit deal has actually hurt our country more than we'd
00:42originally thought. So there are decisions to be made, but we will make those decisions based on
00:47investing in our public services and growing the economy. We do not accept
00:51the managed decline that the Conservatives oversaw.
