00:00I can't pre-empt what the Chancellor will and won't do in the autumn and she's going to have to look at the public finances and make a determination but we were elected on a very clear pledge to grow the economy, to put money back into people's pockets and at a time where after 14 years of Tory government taxes on working people were at their highest in decades, we realised that that is unsustainable and unacceptable for people and we're working to make sure that we take the responsible long-term approach
