00:00We're looking at every area of need and we will deem which needs are most

00:03significant and which aren't. We still need another outfielder.

00:07We have options. You know, we need to improve the bullpen for sure.

00:11I really love our starting rotation next year.

00:13We got to get through April and get Cole back and Rodon back,

00:17but it's going to be an incredible rotation if everybody comes back as planned.

00:22And I think we're pretty good on the infield as well,

00:24but we're going to look at all options like we always do, as I just said,

00:28and see what's possible and what's not.

00:32When you talk to players and coaches around this team and about things that you

00:36need to do better, what are some of the things that they say to you?

00:40And do you agree with it? Just, you know, ways this team can improve for 26?

00:45Yeah, look, mental mistakes, base running for sure,

00:50which is why we made a change there,

00:52has been a thorn in our side most of the season last year or this year.

00:58So, yes, whatever concerns that they have, you know, it's not just them.

01:03Obviously, Cash is involved too, intimately involved.

01:06You know, we're going to make a change and we're going to do better at it.

01:09But if you're asking specific about this year,

01:10the base running mistakes was not good, not good.

01:15So we've made a change there, coaching-wise,

01:18and, you know, we're going to expect better results this year.

01:22We want to field a team we know can win a championship

01:24or we believe can win a championship.

01:25We don't know anything in that regards as far as the future.

01:29But, yeah, so we're – it just hasn't changed, John,

01:32which is why, you know, payrolls have gone up probably every year.

01:36It doesn't mean they won't go slightly down one year

01:38and then up the year after that.

01:39I mean, it all depends on what's out there and what the possibilities are

01:42and how much I feel, you know, we're able or we need to

01:45pull the trigger on those possibilities.
