00:00Hi, my name is Brian Menz, and I'm the director of Just a Thought.

00:03My inspiration came from my love of comic strips,

00:06and I wanted to explore this idea of what would it be like

00:09if everybody could see what you were thinking.

00:11The exciting thing for me was getting to work with world-class artists.

00:14They each brought a little something to it.

00:16It was an idea that started out as mine and became all of ours.

00:20So for the look of this short, we really wanted to get the newsprint texture,

00:24and one of the great things about Short Circuit was this idea

00:27of exploring, innovating, and experimenting.

00:30When that first shot came through, it was like,

00:32all right, the gamble paid off.

00:57We have a lot of fun and Mac Loose Linda.

01:01We've got a lot of fun in the house.

01:03We want to do that last night today.

01:07I was so pretz оф this weekend.

01:12But I'm so happy.
