00:00I think continuing to have open conversations about mental health is so
00:05important because it shows that you're like not alone and the things that
00:09burden you in your head and you know you feel like your world is ending because
00:13if something's happening they realize oh my god there's so many people around me
00:15that are struggling with depression and anxiety and you know whatever whatever
00:19is going on in your life but having that community around those stresses is a
00:23really beautiful silver lining so having that is very important. Personally tools
00:29I use I go to therapy every week I'm very much like a I have to talk things out
00:35a bit and so sometimes she just listens the whole time but I yap and then I'll
00:39and I leave the session I'm like I feel so much better so having a therapist or a
00:43friend or a parent that you can really talk things out with is a very important
00:47one.
