00:00it's so important to have open conversations about mental health conversation is is everything i know

00:07as a songwriter one of the greatest things i get to do is uh write songs with other people and

00:12before we even start writing songs we'll be in the room just kind of talking about our life

00:16talking about things we're going through struggles and uh i feel very fortunate in that regard to

00:20have a group of people um also my hockey team my men's hockey team before we even go on the ice

00:25just a lot of conversation we have a fellowship uh we have as well so just that conversation is so

00:31important that dialogue with friends and uh just and family just to kind of just to talk about just

00:36to get it out there in the open so i'm all about supporting any sort of um dialogue and conversation

00:42with regard to mental health i think it's so important
