00:00I think it's important to continue having conversations about mental health because
00:07that's really the only way we can help one another with our thoughts and the
00:13things that are sort of walking with us through our lives. When we talk about
00:18mental health we seem to think it's a taboo thing but it's something that
00:21we're all in some ways dealing with and I think the more we talk about it the
00:26less afraid we are of having the good discussion and actually that's the way
00:30we get to better ourselves, yeah.
