00:00so as far as having open conversations about mental health I just think the more you know
00:08for years and years and years and just people didn't talk about it and I think about like my
00:14grandparents and and and generationally I think we're getting better and better and better at it
00:18but for me I think the more that we talk about it and why it's important is because generationally
00:25that one day it will it will no longer be taboo ever again and be something that everybody can be
00:30open about because uh you never know like when people are on the street or are you know having
00:37like the craziest you know panic attack at the airport today I was in the airport there's a
00:41million people there and you just never know what people are going through and I think the more
00:45we are open about it the more you know people that go through a similar thing can embrace those people
00:49that are going through something whether it's long term or in the moment and talking about it
00:53is the first step so my stuff is pretty much all rooted in uh anxiety so uh and I'm doing
00:59tremendously better over over the past two years uh number one if you've never done it and you have a
01:05lot of or any sort of mental health anything anxiety depression OCD whatever go to a therapist and get
01:11get get your stuff worked out that's very important and then once you do that um my my biggest thing is
01:18distraction uh in the form of anything at all listening to music uh even like focusing on like
01:24your breath or or uh reading a book or I don't meditate I'm trying I'm trying to get there but I'm
01:31not on I'm not I'm not quite hippie enough to meditate but uh for me personally who I have I struggle
01:38with anxiety from time to time distraction is my number one uh advice to to deal with that uh because
01:44what makes anxiety bad is thinking about having anxiety it gets you in a loop and it gets worse
01:50and it gets worse so if you can sort of just divert yourself away from that good to go
