00:00I think it's hard to talk about it I think that's that's the big issue that we're having is I think
00:06when we're not talking about it that's when things can go wrong and stuff I think it's important that
00:09we we keep an open dialogue and I think people are you know once you start talking about it you
00:14know people are actually thankful for it you ever hear that thing like maybe I need to get this off
00:17my chest or whatever but I think opening that door for your friends and stuff is the best way that you
00:21can help people and I know it's important to me so for like my own mental health like what helps
00:26me a ton is I do this little like I go to YouTube and I do this guided five minute meditation this
00:31guy's like he's got like kind of like it's a British accent or whatever it's kind of funny but
00:34he's awesome and he helps me I do the five minute meditation anytime I'm kind of feeling like I need
00:38to like um chill out my nervous system because typically what I find is like it's it's your
00:42nervous system needs a little reset everything's just like overly fired up and stuff so you calm
00:46that thing down that helps a lot and then you know prayer I think prayer and and getting in my bible
00:52and worshiping God I think helps me a ton too
