00:00All right, Hippoly6 here. I'm here to do an unboxing and review for you guys of the DX Neo

00:08Deca driver from both Kamen Rider Decade and Kamen Rider ZO, mainly ZO. You can see the ZO

00:17logo right here, because technically it is a part of the ZO toyline and

00:28everything, because that's where Kamen Rider Decade got this. But yeah, and I am going to be

00:36comparing it to the Super Best release of the original Deca driver. I am just very surprised

00:42that they didn't re-release this as well as the original version, because you think that they

00:48would have, especially since I don't think that they have reissued this since it came out in 2018,

00:532019, whichever one it was. So yeah, and I'm also going to be comparing the cards, which these are

01:00from the Super Best release of the original, and yeah, which as someone noted in the comments of

01:07that, and I think I did note it in the video, they did not come out with, or the Super Best release of

01:13the Deca driver did not include all of the cards that the original version came with, or even

01:18the Neo Deca driver does. So yeah, if you don't know what the Neo Deca driver is in terms of

01:26Kamen Rider Decade lore, or just Kamen Rider lore in general, basically it is a, I think the original

01:34got destroyed, and so they had to remake it, so they came up with the Neo Deca driver, which as you

01:40can tell, is the magenta color that otherwise Decade's suit is, rather than the white, which looking at,

01:47which now thinking about it, the magenta color of this versus the white of the original kind of

01:52throws off the color balance of the suit, um, with the belt, but yeah, and, um, it has the ability

02:00to transform Decade into the Kamen Riders that came after him up until Gio, so yeah, and I don't

02:08think, I think, right, Decade died, I believe, this is kind of spoilers, but whatever, for like several

02:14year old movies or TV shows or whatever they were, um, Decade died, so I don't think that they're

02:22going to be doing a new version of this unless they maybe have an alternate universe or timeline

02:25version of him coming, or a new person take up the mantle, I don't know, um, but yeah, so just like

02:33the re-releases of the Movirates, um, this has more sounds recorded by the, um, the guy who voiced

02:42the belts in the original series for every, um, every, uh, Kamen Rider that came after Decade from

02:52there to Gio, and it's funny that, I'm just gonna say this, it's funny that they have a 20th anniversary

02:57of, like, um, it says Kamen Rider Kicks, um, I, I was gonna, because, like, it's funny with, uh,

03:09Zio is that, I guess it's supposed to be celebrating, like, 20 years of Heisei Kamen Rider, but at the

03:16time that was only 18 years, Heisei, the Heisei era didn't really begin until 2000, even in the 90s

03:21when they were producing the, uh, the films that they were, uh, when the series went on hiatus, um,

03:27even with, uh, uh, Black RX, which I think halfway through that, or maybe it was, uh, maybe it was

03:36the original Black, um, halfway through one of those, the, the Emperor who was, the guy who was Emperor

03:43during the Heisei era, um, was crowned, so, yeah, um, but they don't count those for some reason,

03:50I think even in the films themselves, from what I've read, they even count those as Showa era, but

03:55they're, like, Showa era, like, villains or whatever, or Kamen Riders that are, that came

04:01about during the Heisei era, so it's, it's really stupid, but, I don't know, uh, it's kind of tongue-in-cheek,

04:08but, yeah, so we have, um, all 18 of the main, uh, Kamen Riders from each series, from Kuga,

04:17all the way to Geo, um, represented here, and you can tell because there's more symbols

04:24on the belts as well, which is kind of cool, I'm not gonna lie, um, so, yeah, you have the

04:30name of this in Japanese, and also in English right down here, Kamen Rider Decades helmet

04:35right there, and all of this, there's a Zeo logo, I believe, so, yeah, so on the top,

04:41you have Kamen Rider, uh, if I had the box for the Super Best version of the original

04:48belt, I would compare, but, yeah, so you have all of the cards for, from Double, which

04:56came after Decade 2 Geo, which was the current one at the time that this came out, I did buy

05:00the second hand from the Kamen Rider store, well, the one from, the one in Akihabara, not

05:04a, uh, Tokyo Station, Tokyo Station has pretty much all new stuff, they don't sell anything,

05:11like, that's older, they don't buy anything that's older as far as I can tell, but the

05:15Kamen Rider store in Akihabara does sell older stuff as well as newer stuff, they tend to

05:20focus more on the older stuff, though, from what I can tell, from what I remember, I'll

05:23have a vlog coming out about that, so you guys can see what it's like, um, yeah, but I didn't

05:28know there were two different Kamen Rider stores as well in Tokyo, but there are, so, yeah,

05:33and the one at Tokyo Station, a bit more expensive, because you're paying, um, like, train station

05:41mall prices, basically, is the best way I can describe it, and, yeah, if anyone wants

05:46more details on what that means, ask in the comments, but, yeah, um, so, yeah, so you have

05:52this side right here with Decade, with the belt and the double, um, card and everything, this

05:59is, the box is a little bit more damaged than it was when I got it, because it was a

06:03in my backpack when I came home, and it got a bit squished, but it's otherwise still

06:07fine, I would think, so, yeah, because this was otherwise a used thing, but the only thing

06:13that was, like, in any way bad about it is that the belt itself has a, has a little bit

06:18of wear, or a little bit of wear, but it's otherwise fine, but, yeah, and I will point

06:22that out when I get to it, you have Decade right here in a different pose, and then on the

06:26back right here, you have Decade with the other Kamen Riders that the belt can transform

06:31him into, minus, uh, Geo, it looks like, but, yeah, but it does come with a, um, with a

06:40card for Geo, so, yeah, I don't know if he ever transforms into Geo in any way, but, yeah,

06:46so, here we go, with all of this, um, and it does come with instructions, how to put it

07:02together, and how to use it, so, yeah, I'm gonna see what cards are compatible with the

07:08super best release of the original, so, yeah, um, so, yes, we have all the cards right here

07:17in this pack, and I was very happy that they still had these, CICM, Decade, Kuga, Ogito,

07:25Ryuki, Fize, Blade, Hibiki, Kabuto, Deno, Kiva, Double, and it's funny how it goes from

07:34Masked Rider up until Key, up until Decade, actually, because Decade's after Kiva, to

07:40Kamen Rider with W, or Double Onwards, I don't know why they just call them Double and not

07:46W, but whatever, uh, then I got O's, Forze, Wizard, Gaim, Drive, Ghost, Ex-Aid, Build, and

07:56Geo, then you have a bunch of the different ride cards with the Final Attack cards with Decade,

08:02Kuga, Kuga, Ogito, Ryuki, Fize, Blade, Hibiki, Kabuto, Deno, Kiva, Double, uh, O's, Forze,

08:13Wizard, Gaim, Drive, uh, yeah, Drive, Ghost, Ex-Aid, Build, and Geo, then you have the Final

08:22Form ride cards, these are the Final Attack ride cards, I don't know if I said that or not, but here

08:27we go, with the Final Form ride cards with Decade, uh, Kuga, Ogito, Ryuki, Fize, Blade, Hibiki,

08:37uh, Kabuto, uh, Momotaro's, uh, that's, that's Deno, and Kiva, maybe I'm missing a few,

08:50because, like, 18, 18, that's 36, and then,

08:55it's 10, so it's, this has 46 cards, someone in the comments tell me if I'm missing any, if these

09:05in particular didn't come with them, but, or if this is all that's, that this is supposed to come

09:11with, I'm not really disappointed either way, because I know it's a used item, so I don't expect

09:15every single thing to be with it, but yeah, um, so let's, let's compare with the, um,

09:24the re-releases cards real quick, so other than being new, they look exactly the same,

09:31and I'm just assuming that they are, in terms of the print and everything, and obviously these are

09:37plastic, which, oh, these are in a different order, so yeah, slightly different printing as well,

09:46it looks like, so yeah, they, they look exactly the same, so I'm not gonna, uh, dwell on these, um,

09:59um, so yeah, I'm not surprised, and it's, it's completely fine that that's all it is, so,

10:10you know, and the only final attack ride card was for Decade, so yeah,

10:18basically for the super best version, they just included the cards that were, like, 100% necessary

10:25to include which were all the Kamen Riders and Decade's Final Form ride card, or Final Attack

10:30ride card, don't know why not the Final Form ride card, but whatever, um, yeah, so take these out of

10:38the plastic, and this did come with batteries from whoever owned it before me, um, and I did test

10:46it out while I was still in Japan, and, uh, it works fine, so I'm fine with how it is, because it is used,

10:56so yeah, so just like the, uh, original, or the super best, at least you have to plug one of these

11:04in for some reason, I think you can take the other one out, but there's no latch for it, so actually,

11:10no, maybe not, but yeah, and you can see the difference already from the original, there's

11:17the multiple colored rings or circles right there, whereas this has magenta, and this is

11:24black as opposed to silver, I think to color contrast with the magenta more of the new driver

11:35itself, so yeah, and you just snap this on, hopefully, okay, had that upside down, I think, yeah,

11:52I already went upside down, so that's good, and then to turn it on, there's the on switch

11:59on the bottom, which is this, okay, so just to compare how these look for a second, it's

12:06mostly the same as the thing right here, this is a bit different, but otherwise, or a logo,

12:15it's a bit different, yes, it looks like some different logos, maybe, for the ones that

12:20were already there, but otherwise, um, or maybe they're just displaced, but otherwise, they, um,

12:27yeah, oh, that one's there now, and it's slightly different, so okay, so yeah, so some of the logos

12:36are in different places, some of them are just slightly different, but otherwise, they're

12:42basically the same, they're based off the same mold and everything, they're just different colors,

12:46so yeah, so that's actually really cool, and you can see that they included more of the logos,

12:53um, so yeah, so here we go, and there we go for those, um, so, yeah, just like the original,

13:06open that, take one of the cards,

13:09so yeah, and to point out where the slight layer is, it's right here, which just has a little bit

13:25of a streak right there, but otherwise, this looks and works fine, so you get Kuga,

13:35uh, so yeah, and I'm just gonna point this out with the, yeah, you can already hear it,

13:51the, uh, the super best version of this, uh, has better sound quality,

13:57actually, let me just put in the Decade card,

14:05so yeah, like I said, slightly better sound quality, um, where it's, like, more clear and loud

14:26versus this, so yeah, which is partly why I am surprised that they, uh,

14:33they did not re-release this with the better sound quality and everything, um, and, you know,

14:40include the, uh, the other cards that the, um, the super best version did not have,

14:47as well as maybe release a complete deck or something like that.

15:22And I'm just, I don't know if, I don't think it is, I checked out Dawson Ryder's video from,

15:37like, when this came out and he reviewed it, um, I don't think that that's a glitch,

15:42I don't know why, um, it says complete instead of just Fize.

16:06So, just to say this, uh, maybe this is a little damaged or something,

16:12but, I don't know, cause the card is fine.

22:30was the 20th, now I think about it, doing the math on that, but yeah, so yeah, so then we

22:40get into the final attack ride cards, not the final form ones.
