00:40Sometimes, in fact, I actually have Tim Hortons right near a Shopper's Drug Mart, so you can go in for your medication.
00:44Then you can go get your medicated coffee. I'm not saying, though, that Tim Hortons sells medicated coffee.
00:49While, though, while, though, I was actually at Shopper's picking up Daddy Bears, I happened to also pick up something else as well,
00:55which we will be looking at in this review as a separate standalone treat.
00:59This is the Chucky Peach Rings Freeze-Dried Candy.
01:02It wasn't something that I really thought I could do, review, and do separately.
01:07So I thought it would be a perfect time to probably do a trick and a treat.
01:11We're going to move these off to the side. We'll open up, though, the first one.
01:14By the way, though, on the back, this comes to us from Just Toys International.
01:17It doesn't necessarily say the names of all the Daddy Bears.
01:20In fact, it actually doesn't say any of the names of the Daddy Bears.
01:22I can tell you, though, the ones that I would be the most interested in is probably getting this one here and the Dracula Teddy Bear.
01:28There's something adorable about a Teddy Bear, whether he wants to suck your blood or not, that's dressed like Count Dracula.
01:33There's six to a collect. There's also a find a rare glow-in-the-dark squish me.
01:38I don't know if I'm really all that interested in getting the glow-in-the-dark one.
01:41Unfortunately, though, the ones that I did grab, two were still sealed.
01:45One looks like it wants to already escape.
01:47You can see by the bottom of this, and luckily, though, that when I went to the checkout line, this thing didn't fall out of the bag.
01:52But you can see, though, his little feet are peeking their way out.
01:56This tells me already that I have this guy right here, which isn't a bad thing at all, providing, again, that the other two aren't the exact same Daddy Bear.

02:25Anyways, though, these were also something that came out in 2023 by Innovate Creative.
02:30They have cleverly spelt their name with I-N-N-O-V-E-T, Innovate.
02:35Very, very clever on their part.
02:36But seeing as this one's already been opened, we'll finish the job that they started by opening up the bottom of the bag.
02:42Now, do they have any pamphlet?
02:44Maybe they did. Maybe it already fell out.
02:46But this is what we're basically getting ourselves with the Daddy Bears.

02:51So, do they smell?
02:53They kind of do.
02:54This one actually smells a little bit like strawberry.
02:57You can squish me, as certainly the name will say that on the front of the packaging.
03:02I guess they're overall pretty cute.
03:03This one looks like, what is that on the back of its body?
03:06Is that its heart sticking out?

03:10I thought for a second its heart was actually sticking out the backside of its body.

03:27Pretty cute, though, for what it is.

03:34This would be something I'm sure we'll have to keep out of his sight.
03:36But from a smell standpoint, it does actually smell nice.
03:41Kind of reminds me of the strawberry shortcake dolls from the 80s.
03:44Or anything, I guess, smells like strawberries would smell something similar to this.
03:48The face is pretty done well.
03:50I mean, painted-wise.
03:51Got the eyes.
03:52Again, got the horns there on the top.
03:53And these giant fangs.
03:54This would just be mowing down on you.
03:57Speaking of mowing down, why don't we take a bit of a break, actually, from looking at

04:02And we'll bring in something that this guy can munch on.

04:05Now, again, this is the Chucky Peach Rings Free Dry Candy.
04:09They had these, and they also had SpongeBob SquarePants.
04:12Now, I did end up getting the SpongeBob SquarePants, too.
04:14I'm not sure if I'm really going to get around to reviewing these or not.
04:17But I did, though, at least want to look at Chucky, who apparently is whoring himself
04:20when it comes to different candies.
04:22They've also released, I think, Chucky Gum, too.
04:24That Boomer the Nerd.
04:25Boomer the Nerd has done during his spooky-related month.
04:29It's made with natural colors, which is at least a good thing.
04:31It's a premium freeze-dry candy.
04:35On the back, should we even bother looking at the ingredients?
04:37Anything here is not a significant source of...
04:40Well, it says not a significant source, if I can get that all out, of saturated fat,
04:44trans fat, fiber, cholesterol, potassium, calcium, and iron.
04:49So if you were hoping to go into this with at least your required daily amount of potassium,
04:53you're going to be let down completely.
04:55Calories, you're looking at 212 per one packet.
04:58I guess that's not terrible.
04:59What are we looking at, though, for sugar?

05:01I think 43 grams is about the equivalent of a can of Coke.

05:33Is that something really we want to be promoting to kids?
05:35I mean, the fact that even, like, Chucky's, I know, move further forward with this guy.

05:42I'm going to open up, though, the bag.
05:43I do like at least that the bag does have a zip tie, so you can close this up.
05:47Close up shop when you're done dealing with the one or two.
05:50Oh, this is interesting.
05:51Not at all what I was expecting, at least from the image on the front.
05:55I thought more darker colors.
05:57But what we're actually getting, though, inside almost resembles a donut.
06:01Now, I don't know what it costs when it comes to licensing, but I feel like a missed opportunity.
06:05They didn't do, like, Simpsons Treehouse of Horror peach rings.
06:09Because then those would look like the demonic donuts.

06:13And not necessarily something that's attached to Chucky.
06:16Still, though, we're going to give this a try.

06:29It's certainly a lot harder than I was expecting it to be.
06:35Texture, I would probably describe it as more like a very firm or cheesy or Cheetos.
06:41Sugar is obviously the peach.
06:43It's got a little bit of sourness to it.
06:45But if I spent more time, which I probably should have, instead of cracking down and
06:49possibly breaking a tooth, I probably would say let this dissolve in your mouth just a
06:53little bit more.
06:54It's got a really nice flavor to it.
06:56It is very sweet.
06:57Even though, again, it only lists it as 43 grams of sugar.
07:01Would I recommend these?
07:03Again, I would.
07:03But the thing about this, though, is tacking on Chucky seems like an afterthought.
07:08When really, again, I think the missed opportunity is not calling these the Treehouse of Horror

07:13Anyways, though, resuming with the rest of this review, we've already looked at and
07:18established that we got the pink teddy bear only by the fact he was trying to escape out
07:21of the bottom of the bag.
07:23Let's open, though, the other two bags and see exactly what we got.
07:27And by the way, you didn't notice I didn't end up using my knife.
07:29We're going to try to go knife-free in this review.
07:31The next one that we have, I think, is the one that I exactly, the one I actually wanted.
07:35We got ourselves Count Berula.

07:40Actually, again, there's no names listed on the back of the bag.
07:42But it's a cool-looking teddy bear, though.
07:44Very, again, squishy.
07:46Actually does say teddy bear.

07:50It was just a little harder to make it out.

07:53Actually, if I just hold this up, you can see the light bouncing off of that.
07:57Size-wise, though, they're a similar size.
07:59This one, while smelling like strawberry, or again, it could be all just in my head.

08:56Let's see at least, though, that we get ourselves something different.
