00:00I know one of the rules is that you really should check your candy first, but
00:03that rule doesn't really apply when you're dealing with blind bags. Here's
00:06your spooky spot on Monogram International Trick-or-Treat Figural Bag Clips.
00:11Going with three today, and in fact actually three seems to be the regular number of which we usually
00:33grab when it comes to blind bags. Speaking of grabbing these, I grabbed them at the bottom
00:37corner, they're telling you right away, I got this from a local Spirit Halloween store.
00:40Not sure though if that means it's a Spirit Halloween exclusive, or if you're able to
00:45actually find the Trick-or-Treat Figural Bag Clips in other places as well. What's really
00:49kind of also strange about the blind bags is that you're not just getting the figures themselves,
00:53but you're also getting weird things like the Holy Holly Bar, and you're also getting the
00:56rules of Halloween. Still though, if you're looking at the back of the bag, all the things
01:00that you will be getting inside of one of the eligible items is the Trick-or-Treat poster,
01:04the rules of Halloween sign, the Holly Ho chocolate bar, Sam, an unmasked Sam, Lori,
01:10Principal Wilkins, Mr. Krieg, a Rhonda, an exclusive A, an exclusive B. I have a hunch though that
01:17exclusive A probably is Mr. Krieg, and that exclusive B likely is an unmasked Sam, or it could
01:23possibly even be a sacked mask as Sam as well, judging by the fact, of course, you can see his
01:27frilled color down below. Again, it comes to us from the folks over at Monogram International.
01:31This would set you back if you're a Canadian collector, $9.99. Yes, and if you're doing the math,
01:37of course, I spent well over $30 because I actually picked up a few other things also as well.
01:44Let's go ahead and grab ourselves a knife to help assist in the cutting. I got myself McCutcheons
01:48here. Technically, really, you should always have your blade pulled back and draw it out only when
01:52it comes time to cutting a bag, but I already had the blade on already. Luckily though, when I grabbed
01:57it, I grabbed it from the handle. I didn't grab it from the blade. Ouch! Cutting open the bags
02:02carefully. I can tell you one thing though. I really would like to get the Holly Ho chocolate
02:07bar, the rules of Halloween, probably not so much. The poster seems interesting enough, and I would
02:11like at the very least to get myself a Sam. Maybe the Sam with the headlamp. So maybe like
02:15these three. Let's see how well we succeed with that, because in the random nature of all of these,
02:23you have no idea what you're going to be getting until you get them opened up. The first one where
02:27we're actually getting opened up is, in fact, one of the ones I did want to get. That's the
02:30Trick or Treat poster. It's cool though, that it actually looks, well, it's a thicker version of
02:36the poster, because posters generally are made of cardboard or paper. This is a thick rubbery
02:39material. It does have a front and back image, which is kind of cool as well. And I do like that
02:44they've also outlined Sam. You can see he's brightly standing out with an outline of yellow. Trick or
02:49Treat is also in the top corner of that. It looks like there's a household behind that, and there's
02:53also a pumpkin in the front and center. This, of course, is a bag clip, so you can either clip this
02:58onto a bag. You can clip it onto a keychain. You can clip it on anything that's clippable.
03:02You could even clip it on somebody's, I guess, maybe their earrings. If you have a, although that'd
03:06be probably quite heavy to be sitting on a lobe. Pretty cool though. Pretty cool indeed. Let's put
03:12that off to the side. We'll stand on its own. Not likely. Nope, not likely at all. Let's open up bag
03:18number two. One thing too, is that it seems like they've encased them all in cardboard. So if you
03:22expect to do the feelsies test, you're going to be failing miserably. Although I did notice
03:27though, with this one, it's a little bit thicker. This one seems a little bit thinner. Maybe that's
03:32perhaps because, uh, maybe, oh, wait a minute, wait a minute. Did I get a different one? I'm just
03:37looking at these right now and I realized I got two completely different bags. Now, one of them,
03:43again, does say Trick or Treat on the front. That's really a weird placement of the sticker.
03:46And then this actually has different characters on the back, on the front and the back. Um, so again,
03:51like looking at these, maybe, oh, okay, this is series one, series two. Literally, I'll kid you not,
03:56I just grabbed what was in the carton, the container. I had no idea actually, because again,
04:01like they were sitting inside the bag. I swear to you, they were sitting inside with all the series
04:04two facing up. So I guess this must be series one, series two. So we got yourself a bit of a double
04:09extra feature because we're also going to be looking, I guess, at series one as well. Should
04:13we take a break away from this one and go to this one right away? No, no, we'll finish. We'll finish
04:18what we started with series two. Then we'll beeline it back to mystery bag unknown. Cutting open
04:24again, the bag, what we have going on inside. It looks like Principal Wilkins. It is in fact,
04:28Principal Wilkins. I think I would say he's my least favorite of the stories. Uh, not so much
04:35the fact of him digging up the back plot of the backyard, but certainly when he goes out
04:39trick or treating, so to speak, I don't think that, I think that's my least favorite of all
04:44this story of the anthology here. But again, like he looks the part, he goes, of course,
04:47he has the blood there on the side. It looks like he probably was in the middle of cutting
04:51a jack-o'-lantern. Maybe he was helping his son cut his jack-o'-lantern for that night.
04:55Of course, again, it works the same way. The same rules apply. This would basically just be
04:58opening up and clip it onto, again, a keychain, a backpack, anywhere you can find a place to clip
05:04this to. Okay, so this wasn't, this was unprepared. I wasn't expecting to find a different bag inside.
05:11Now again, with this one, we've got the trick-or-treat lollipop, Sam burlap, burlap head,
05:15a flaming pumpkin, Sam with treat bag, the trick-or-treat logo, then we've got Sam pumpkin
05:23face, Scully, Chuckles, Vlad, exclusive A and exclusive B, which again, I would imagine probably
05:29would be variations of these characters. Oh, actually, it's probably the other two kids of
05:33the ill-fated bus trip, of course, down the ravine. Wrong way, wrong way, wrong way, wrong way.
05:40Okay, so let's open this up and see exactly what we got. It's a very, again, a very thin,
05:45flat-feeling bag. What does the flat-feeling bag translate to? Let's see exactly.
05:51And we got the trick-or-treat logo. That's not bad at all. That actually would go rather nicely
05:57with the poster one that I got from Series 2. Again, it's made of a very rubbery material.
06:02It does, I, because they've also outlined this in red, it allows then the font to stand out,
06:07to pop and just punch you in the face, punch you in the face. Again, it clips the exact same way,
06:12whether it's Series 1 or Series 2. Boy, that was strange to me, the fact that I thought I was
06:16grabbing all Series 2, and when in actual fact, somebody, I guess, had had some extras of Series
06:211. I'm assuming this to be Series 1, because there doesn't seem to be. No, no, I don't see a number.
06:27I don't see a number anywhere L, anywhere on the bag. The price still stays the same at $9.99.
06:32I'm almost kind of even tempted, really, to go back, because again, like now I've picked up
06:37two bags. Normally, again, I would have picked up three. Because I got two bags of Series 2,
06:41and one ill-fated bag of Series 1, I kind of feel compelled to go back and pick up more of Series 1.
06:47Whether they, again, have any more of those, or in fact, they maybe just had found one or two,
06:51and they just crammed them in the box. And this unsuspecting sucker just grabbed whatever he could
06:56grab, and not realizing, though, again, Series 1 was intermixed with Series 2. What do you guys think of
07:02these? Let me know down below in the comments section, have you guys had the chance to pick
07:05up any of the figural bag clips from Trick-or-Treat and Monogram International? If you have collected
07:10Series 2, let me know Series 2. If you've collected only Series 1, let me know Series 1. If you guys
07:17did enjoy this spookerific review, do it a saw and throw it a like. You guys want to stick around for
07:20more so? I certainly, certainly hope so. There's going to be more spooktacular videos coming your way
07:25during the month of Spottober, which is essentially just October, and then we just cleverly,
07:29I think, cleverly put spot instead of oct. So instead of O-C-T, it's S-P-O-T, Spottober.
07:38And more of that month, actually, in fact, will be coming your way for all the rest of October,
07:42which also equals all the rest of Spottober. There's more ghoulish videos coming your way,
07:45guys. So as always, thanks for watching. See you guys next time.
07:49See you guys next time.
07:55See you guys next time.
