00:00Welcome to the video from the Car Magazine Tuning Blog on the topic of the Mitsubishi Grandis.
00:11As always, you can find the link to read the article in our magazine in the video description.
00:17Mitsubishi is bringing back the Grandis and reactivating a historic name.
00:21Between 2003 and 2011, there was already a van in Germany that was 4.80 cm long and offered up to 7 seats.
00:34Now Mitsubishi Motors Europe has officially confirmed that the first of two new CSUVs that will be launched on the market in 2025 will bear the name Grandis.
00:42According to the manufacturer, the new Grandis was developed specifically for the largest CSUV segment in Europe
00:51and is aimed at active young families who place particular value on generous space, versatility and modern technologies.
00:59Visually, the Grandis presents itself with a new interpretation of the brand's typical dynamic shield front and a rear design that bears the hexagird horizon identity.
01:08Inside, Mitsubishi is focusing on a versatile design with generous space and an extensive range of driver assistance systems.
01:19In addition, seamless connectivity is to be ensured by the integrated Google system.
01:26Only a few details can be seen in the teaser images released so far,
01:30but there are strong indications that the Grandis could be an offshoot of the Renault Symbiote.
01:34This assumption is supported by an official statement,
01:40according to which the new Grandis will be offered with mild hybrid and full hybrid powertrains for the European market.
01:48The world premiere of the vehicle is planned for July 2025,
01:51while the market launch is set to take place in late autumn of the same year.
01:57Another all-electric SUV will follow later in the year.
