Der neue Mitsubishi Destinator feiert seine Premiere in Indonesien und erweitert die SUV-Palette des Herstellers um ein spannendes Modell mit 3 Sitzreihen. Technisch positioniert sich das Fahrzeug zwischen dem Xpander Cross und dem Montero Sport – mit einem klaren Fokus auf Familien und Vielseitigkeit.

Angetrieben wird der Destinator von einem 1,5-l-Turbo-Benziner mit 163 PS und 250 Nm, gekoppelt an ein CVT-Getriebe mit Frontantrieb. Mit an Bord ist Active Yaw Control, das erstmals auch einen „Tarmac“-Fahrmodus bietet. Das Fahrwerk wurde speziell auf südostasiatische Bedingungen abgestimmt und bringt bis zu 24 cm Bodenfreiheit mit.

Die Abmessungen: 4,7 m lang, 1,8 m breit, 1,8 m hoch, 2,8 m Radstand. Innen gibt’s u. a. ein 12,3-Zoll-Touchscreen, digitales Cockpit, Zwei-Zonen-Klima, USB-Anschlüsse bis Reihe 3, 64-farbige Ambientebeleuchtung und ein Panoramadach. Der Innenraum lässt sich flexibel konfigurieren – perfekt für den Alltag.

Sicherheitsseitig ist alles dabei: Adaptiver Tempomat, Notbremsassistent, 360-Grad-Kamera, 6 Airbags und mehr. Preise starten in Indonesien bei rund 21.000 €, das Topmodell liegt bei etwa 27.000 €. Der Destinator soll später auch nach Südostasien, Afrika, den Nahen Osten und Lateinamerika exportiert werden.

00:26which already caused a stir at the Philippine International Motor Show in 2024.
00:31The Destinator not only offers a powerful and at the same time energetic design,
00:35but also impresses with solid technology and a flexible interior for active families.
00:43It is powered by a turbocharged 1.5-liter four-cylinder with Mimiweg technology,
00:49which produces around 163 horsepower and around 250 newton meters.

04:22GLS, Exceed and Ultimate, with colors such as quartz white pearl, lunar blue mica, graphite gray metallic, jet black mica, and blade silver metallic.

04:36The top model costs around 27,000 euros.
04:39Production will take place at the Indonesian plant in Krama,
04:42and Mitsubishi plans to gradually introduce the model to other Asian countries such as the Philippines,
