01:25The basic version starts at €34,560 and has a battery with a capacity of 55 kWh.
01:32In city traffic, the manufacturer states a range of almost 500 km, while on the motorway this drops to around 380 km.
01:45Kia 2, however, it was not the cheapest model that was tested, but the top model 85 first edition with a battery with 7 kWh.

01:58The third candidate in the comparison is the Mini A-Man.
02:02It is the smallest and stylistically most striking of the three electric SUVs.
02:09In its basic version, the AC costs at least €30,650 and offers an engine output of 184 hp and a battery with a capacity of 38.5 kWh.
02:19This enables a range of around 300 km.
02:27The Mini A-Man SE used in the test, however, has a more powerful battery with 49.2 kWh and, with 218 hp, has a range of over 400 km.
02:38You should budget at least €34,150 for this model.
02:48In everyday driving, the range is a crucial criterion, especially at speeds of up to 130 km on the motorway.
02:55This is where the Mini A-Man performs worst.
03:02Users report that at least one additional charging stop is necessary to cover long distances.

03:12On the positive side, charging at the Tesla Supercharger works without any problems for all models.
03:20The battery can be charged by 45% within around 20 minutes, which is enough for an additional 130 km.
03:27However, the Škoda Elrug and the Kia EV3 manage around 30% more under real conditions and thus achieve an additional range of over 120 km.
03:41The Mini A-Man has also been criticized for its handling.
03:45Users criticize the steering, power delivery and general driving experience.
03:50The different driving modes apparently do not bring any significant improvement.
03:56In contrast, the Škoda Elrug is particularly impressive in city traffic.
04:01Its small turning circle ensures good maneuverability and the elevated seating position offers a good overview in dense traffic.
04:09Many users also praise its performance both on the motorway and in the city.
04:15The Kia EV3 is described as the slowest model in the comparison.
04:20Its chassis is very softly tuned, which makes it less agile but at the same time extremely comfortable.
04:26The Kia offers a pleasant driving experience, especially on long journeys and in city traffic.

04:41A direct comparison showed that the brakes of the EV3 respond significantly better than those of its two competitors.
04:47After evaluating numerous experiences from the internet, the Mini A-Man appears to be the clear loser in this comparison.
04:57Its short range, less than convincing handling and charging problems make it less practical for everyday use.
05:03The Škoda Elrug and the Kia EV3, on the other hand, are two strong models that represent a real alternative for buyers of a compact electric SUV.
05:13Which of the two vehicles ultimately offers the better overall package remains a personal decision.
05:22However, user opinions suggest that the Škoda Elrug performs slightly better.
05:27However, a final conclusion can only be clarified by a direct test.
05:31It remains to be hoped that a detailed comparison on the road will take place later in the year.
