00:17The fact that they are running into these stretches
00:19that really go over a prolonged period of time
00:22is that part of the systemic issue that you're referring to.
00:26And you can look at it, right, micro.
00:28You look at Francisco Lindor.
00:29He goes through these prolonged stretches
00:32with someone who has such an impact in that lineup.
00:35I think that is something to look at.
00:37But again, Francisco Lindor, we know at this point who he is for the Mets
00:41and how hard he plays and how hard he tries.
00:43So a lot of these can be just individual struggles.
00:46And it comes down to, for me right now,
00:49just if the offense was performing as well as it should be
00:52and on a more consistent basis,
00:55then this team would be looking very different.
00:57And, of course, the pitching went through its struggles.

01:02Frankie Montas hasn't been who he was supposed to be.
01:04But even then, this offense was designed
01:07to overpower any of those pitching struggles.
