34:50But Divine Diablo, the other part of that duo, just went to the locker room to be checked off.
34:56And that's major, Mike, because Caden Ellis and Diablo have formed quite the team.
35:01And they were stunned that they were able to get Diablo.
35:04They needed somebody that could cover 25 yards deep, but could also come up and make plays at the line of scrimmage.
35:11They had him in Diablo, and now he's out too.

36:10And yet when those two teams get together, they just smash it up in there.
36:14They just play gap football all night long.
36:17And I wonder if Kyle Shanahan's over there saying, you know what, this is just like playing the Rams.
36:21These guys know us so well.

36:30These parts, they say it's third, and Jawan, because usually in these spots, Jennings does just that.

36:47But when he's right, and yes, he caught the ball there, and we want to talk about that.
36:52But when he's right, that guy's blocking can create some of the explosive runs
36:57that have been missing out of this 49ers offense.

37:02Shaking through to have a 40-yard line pick up of a little more than five.
37:08Because of those injuries, two Jennings and two IU, two Kittle, it's been leaning a lot on McCaffrey.
37:15We're talking about all the touches he has.
37:17But, Chris, after we saw him get injured in Buffalo last year,
37:19all those workouts with Bijan, came into this season fresh and feeling good right now.
37:24Yeah, but he was averaging 3.1 yards per carry.
37:27He's never been anywhere close to that number.
37:29He's always been better.
37:31It's been five to carry tonight.
37:33And it gets better here.
37:35That's 15, the first down.

37:42So, they have basically abandoned this zone running scheme,
37:50and they're going to come down and just try and cave everything down inside.
37:54And it does make a difference when you get your full contention of tight ends back in there blocking for you.

38:06And it will be Robinson running to the left to get a couple of yards.
38:12Back to the point you made, I think it's interesting.
38:14Because of the similarity of system, every time we see the Rams and the Niners,
38:18it's like we know that you know, so we're just going to scrap it and just tough it out.
38:23And there is a lot of knowledge here with these staffs as well.

38:26We were studying some of the film, and I said, well, let's put those two teams on,
38:31you know, the Rams and 49ers, and just study some of these outside zone plays.
38:35There weren't any.
38:36They didn't run them.
38:37They were like they had given up.
38:39The other guys had out-schemed them to the point where they just abandoned it
38:42and started attacking right down the gun.

42:40Let's take a look at Jake, how he's doing on the outside, because so many times they are chipping for him on occasion out there.
42:49But basically, I don't see any real issue with what he's been doing.
42:53I know he had a big brace on his leg, but whatever that brace is, must be working tonight, because he looks pretty smooth to me.

43:02It's good to say you can't move, let alone steady up against the pass rush, but he continues to answer the call.

44:35tearing the stabilizing ligaments under the joint.
44:38In addition to being extremely painful,
44:40turf toe limits the toe's ability to flex.
44:43And Brock told me any movement in the wrong direction can set him back.
44:47He said he is truly day-to-day.
44:49There is no timeline for his return.
44:51He called this injury so annoying,
44:53saying he's never dealt with something that lingers this long.
44:56The frustration of it, too,
44:57after signing the huge deal here in the offseason.
45:01McCaffrey, the pitch to the left on first down.
45:03He's been getting a lot of yardage.

45:31And in this game, they're running it like crazy,

45:35when they came in at 3.1.
45:37It has been a very consistent, running downhill kind of running game here
45:42that looks like the 49ers to me.
45:45That's what you think of when you think of Kyle Shanahan's offense.
45:49And at least so far, they've got it going.
45:51But the problem that both of these teams have had,
45:53they're both ranked very high when it comes to yardage
45:56and moving the ball up and down the field,
45:58just like we've seen tonight.
46:00They're not good scoring points.
46:02They're in the bottom of the league, 26-27 when it comes to scoring,
46:06and especially down in the red zone.
