00:00Faith without works is dead. Faith is not passive. James makes it clear that genuine faith must
00:09produce fruit. Words of comfort without action ring hollow to someone in need. It's easy to
00:15profess belief, but true faith reveals itself in how we respond to the practical needs of others.
00:22Faith is confidence in God's promises, but works are the evidence of that confidence.
00:28When our trust in God moves our hands and feet, it becomes visible to the world.
00:34A faith that remains only in thought or speech is incomplete, it is dead. But faith that serves,
00:41gives, and acts becomes alive and powerful. Reflection. Is my faith truly alive and active,
00:48or is it merely theoretical? Application. Think of a practical way your faith can manifest in
00:55a tangible action today, whether it's helping someone in need, offering encouragement,
01:00or serving in a way that reflects Christ's love. Prayer.
01:04Heavenly Father, stir my faith to action. Let my works be a testament to the reality of my belief
01:11in you. May my love for you overflow in service to others. In Jesus' name, Amen.
