00:09Northbridge reopens after fire.

00:12Fire crews closed down a section of Northbridge after a construction cabin shot up in flames on Tuesday morning.

00:18It was closed off at both ends to pedestrians and motorists around 8am.

00:23The road was reopened at around 9am.

00:25No casualties were reported following the blaze at the works on Northbridge in Edinburgh city centre

00:30and the site has now been deemed safe by the fire service.

00:35Edinburgh man taking on 365 day ice bath challenge to highlight men's mental health.

00:41An Edinburgh man is taking on a 365 day ice bath challenge to raise awareness about men's mental health.

00:48Scott McLaren, 33, from Corstorphine began his challenge in July

00:52and has been sitting in an ice bath in his garden every day since.

00:57Scott said I had many reasons for doing this challenge

00:59but the main one is to show people that they can talk

01:01and they can relate to other people and they don't have to be alone.
