00:0935-year-old man pronounced dead after single car crash in Livingston.

00:14A 35-year-old man has died following a one-vehicle crash in Livingston on Thursday night.

00:19Emergency services rushed to the incident involving a grey Audi A6

00:22at the junction of Knights Ridge East Road and Lindsay Way

00:25at around 8.30pm on 9th October.

00:28Two male passengers, aged 24 and 17,

00:33were taken to the Edinburgh Royal Infirmary for treatment.

00:36Police are appealing for information following the incident

00:38and are asking anyone who may have dashcam footage to get in touch.

00:42Anyone with information can contact Police Scotland via 101,

00:46quoting reference 3-351 of October 9th.

00:52Two men arrested and charged following Prestonfield hit and run.

00:55Two men have been charged with an attempted murder after a man was struck by a van last month.

01:01The incident happened at around 9.40pm on the 26th of September.

01:06Extensive inquiries were carried out to trace those involved

01:10and I would like to thank members of the public who got in touch.

01:13The men have appeared at Edinburgh Sheriff Court.

01:15Man charged after drone enters restricted airspace over Edinburgh Airport.

01:23A man has been charged after a drone entered restricted airspace near Edinburgh Airport.

01:28Shortly after 11am on Thursday, October 9th,

01:31police received reports of a drone within the restricted area,

01:35causing a number of departures and arrivals to be delayed.

01:37Several flights were held until police traced the drone operator.

01:40The UK Civil Aviation Authority guidelines,

01:43state drones, cannot be operated within 5km of an airport.
