41:44For the traffic cops, stopping criminals and offenders from using works vehicles is a continuous
41:49challenge.
41:51We all like to think that we're going out and making a difference every day.

42:19And it is quite often that we're catching disqualified drivers again and again and again.
42:26And it's only until the courts step in and we're getting them remanded and we're getting them
42:30a custodial sentence that they'll stop.

42:37When they go into wherever they're stealing these cables from, they're in and out so quickly.
42:43The people that are involved in these sort of crimes are career criminals.
