00:00hello my friends i'm stacy and this is gorgeously aging and today we're going to do a full face of
00:10dahan tox this is a hundred unit bile and this is enough for me to do a full face this won't be
00:17enough for my neck and i will be doing my neck in my next video i've started today's treatment with
00:24washing my face i'm now going to use some alcohol to thoroughly cleanse and prepare my skin for
00:29the tox treatment i personally love to have these big gauze pads on hand i just think it makes it
00:35much easier to cleanse the face with alcohol than those tiny little alcohol swabs but that's just my
00:41personal preference i am a little bit overdue for a tox treatment but i do like my tox to completely
00:47wear off before i do another tox treatment so here we are with a lot of forehead movement and wrinkles
00:53through the forehead just as a reminder for anyone watching i have a very large frontalis muscle and i
00:58do an aggressive treatment because i have such a strong frontalis this is by no means an average
01:04treatment if you have a smaller frontalis muscle about half of what i'm using today is probably more
01:12than fine for most people i'm using about 30 units you could easily use 15 to 20 units on an average
01:19size frontalis that is not overly strong feel free to pause this video to pay closer attention to
01:25the markings here each of the red dots represents two units of tox it's important not to get too
01:32close to the eyebrows as this will drop the eyebrow position it's always best to put the forehead botox
01:40up a little higher and then go back and touch up if needed whenever you bring the tox too low you
01:47definitely risk having that eyebrow drop i am going to be adding a brow lift with this tox treatment and
01:53you will see that in just a moment today i'm using dehan tox and that is from acecosm.com discount code
02:00stacy10 now going to mark the proseris and the corrugators i don't have a strong downward pull usually
02:07and so i'm going to undertreat this again each red dot represents two units this is a very minimal treatment
02:16you could do four units in each dot if you have strong 11s or a strong downward pull in your facial
02:23expressions i will talk about the depth of injection when we get to the injection point of this video
02:30the obicularis oculi muscle around the eye is a circular sphincter muscle that pulls in and down
02:37this muscle is responsible for the crow's feet and if you relax it it also gives the brow a lift
02:43you can do one to two units per dot i've been liking two units per dot around the obicularis
02:50oculi but with any tox treatment less is always more in the beginning until you figure out how your
02:56muscles respond to the toxin treatment of the obicularis oculi around the eye definitely helps
03:02the crow's feet and even the under eye wrinkles to some degree i'm going to come back to the nasalis muscle
03:08and the lip flip area later but i'm going to move on to one of the more important areas on the aging
03:14face which is the depressor angularis oris this is also called the dao muscle it is a downward
03:20pulling muscle and this can make the face look droopy it can accentuate the jowls and give the mouth
03:27a downward turn the treatment of the daos and the jawline helps to lift the lower face improve jowling
03:35and give a more defined jawline i can always tell when my dao muscle tox is wearing off because i get
03:43more pronounced marionette lines i also love the improvement to the smile or just the more lifted
03:50appearance of the corners of the mouth with the dao treatment i almost never fill a full syringe with
03:56tox i like to switch up the needles based on the area of the face so i am filling this particular syringe
04:03with about 35 units of tox to treat the forehead area the needles do dull so it is always a good idea
04:11to use plenty of syringes and fresh needles for more comfort you can see here because i'm really
04:17not cutting anything out of this video that it takes some time to fill the syringe it goes in quite
04:23slowly so just be patient move the plunger up and down and allow that to trickle into the syringe slowly
04:31here i am using a one mil syringe the dahan tox has been diluted with two mils of saline that came
04:38from acecosm this dilution yields five units per 0.10 ml which is the 10 mark which is the 10 mark on a
04:49one mil insulin syringe this means that each little hash mark is one unit of tox on a one mil syringe i have
04:57had a few of you ask for a basic tox video outlining how to read a syringe how to dilute tox and i will
05:05try to get to that as soon as possible you can see here that i have filled it to the 70 mark which is
05:120.7 ml and that represents 35 units of tox so i'm going to go in at a shallow angle this is a very shallow
05:23injection just into the skin and we're going to put two units into each one of these red dots i am
05:30visually inspecting the area for any veins that i can see and adjusting position if needed a magnifying
05:37mirror comes in very handy if you're over 40 and have any vision problems i definitely use a magnifying
05:43mirror when i am doing tox just as a reminder this is a very shallow injection just the tip of the needle
05:50under the skin and a little bleb of product this is two units so i'm using my pinky and it should be
05:57two little hash marks on the syringe and trying to do my best to be consistent it is hard to see
06:06sometimes but going slow and being cautious is important it's not uncommon to get a little bleeding
06:13with the tox treatment that's nothing to worry about it's also common to get a small bit of bruising
06:20for some people who are prone to bruising i'm going to stop talking and let you watch but please notice
06:26that i always have the tip of the needle angled away from my eyes
06:56so
07:00i'll see you next time
07:02on the side
07:04i'll see you next time
07:06on the side
07:08i'll see you next time
07:10on the side
07:12the side
07:44This one little mark here above the arch of the brow, I like to treat with two units up high.
08:07Otherwise, I get those Wi-Fi lines or ladder lines, or you can get a Spock brow.
08:13This is an area that's really good to wait two weeks and do as a touch-up just to see how your facial muscles respond to the tox treatment.
08:22Not everybody needs this spot injected.
08:24If I don't treat that area, I tend to have a very smooth front of my forehead in the center with lines on the outside.
08:34So I'm moving on to the nasalis here, and this is often called the bunny lines.
08:39Again, two units per spot. This is a very shallow injection.
08:44And with this one, I am aiming the tip of the needle central to my face, but not directly toward my eye.
08:51And just the tip of the needle under the skin, and then two units per side.
08:57And this really helps with those nose wrinkles or those bunny lines.
09:01I'm going to go ahead and just remove some of the dots of the areas I've treated.
09:21I haven't yet got the proseris or corrugators, but we are getting there.
09:25I just wanted to do the bunny lines because I had a few units of tox left in that syringe.
09:30Here, I am counting out the number of units that I need to properly load my syringe.
09:35You can do this all up front before you start injecting.
09:39Sometimes I'll do each area and then reload a new syringe for the next area.
09:44So I'm going to go ahead and load a syringe for the proseris, corrugators, and the orbicularis oculi around the eye.
09:53And treat all of that with this next syringe.
09:56You can definitely split this up how you want it.
09:58You can do the proseris and corrugators, and then a new syringe for around the eyes.
10:03And some people even load a new syringe for every single injection.
10:07The negative to that is that you're using an awful lot of syringes.
10:11But the positive is that you never overdose any particular area, and you have a fresh, sharp needle for every single injection.
10:18So again, I'm loading the syringe with 35 units, which is down to the 7 mark on the syringe.
10:26Every 0.10 or 10 is 5 units of tox.
10:31So 5 units of tox times 7 is 35 units.
10:36The 10 on an insulin syringe does not represent 10 units of tox.
10:42The 10 is the 0.10 mark, and that represents 5 units of tox.
10:49So you can see here, I have my syringe filled to the 70, which is 0.70, and that is 35 units total.
10:59Each hash mark or line on the syringe, for this syringe, is 1 unit of tox.
11:06Here, I'm putting 2 units into the proseris.
11:10This is a medium injection, so I'm going straight in about 3 or 4 millimeters.
11:16I'm now pinching the corrugators, and the first point on the corrugator is the head of the corrugator.
11:23I'm going in medium here, about 3 or 4 millimeters, into the belly of the muscle.
11:29And I'm applying 2 units.
11:32The tail part of the corrugator, when we move up, is a little shallower.
11:36It rises up as you move up the brow toward the arch.
11:41That means you don't go in as deep on this point.
11:46So I'm going a little more shallow on this part, probably about 2 millimeters into the belly of the muscle.
11:53And injecting 2 units.
11:55Again, this is a very light treatment for the proseris and corrugators.
12:00I don't have a strong downward expression, and really never get those etched in 11s.
12:06The benefit of treating this area is that the proseris and corrugators pull down on the brows,
12:13creating the 11s, the furrowing between the eyebrows, but also pulling down the brow area.
12:19This gives the front of the brow a little lift.
12:22So I'm going to make it Stationed.
12:28This is an incredible formation one.
12:33I'm going back to the brow of the wings.
12:34Elizabeth Hoekan, pretty close by a little bit to bring down the brow of the floor.
12:37Say goodbye, you'll be going to the wise will be processing, and informative.
12:42I cancellations?
12:43You're gonna be working on me much rather than as long as your headசs.
12:46moving on to the crow's feet area and the brow lift the two points underneath the tail of the
12:59brow here are going to lift the tail of the brow what we're doing is relaxing that obicularis
13:07oculi muscle around the brow around the eye rather and that's going to give the tail of
13:13brow a lift and as we move around the obicularis oculi we're treating the crow's feet and that last
13:21point underneath the eye helps treat those fine wrinkles under the eye notice that i'm angling
13:28away from the face this is a shallow injection tip of the needle just under the skin visually
13:34inspecting for veins which i have one right here i'm trying to avoid getting a bruise but spoiler
13:39alert i get a tiny bruise right here so again angling away from the face shallow i like to use
13:46my thumb and finger to stretch that thin skin so that the needle goes in easier taking your time
13:53here and i am doing two units per injection but you could start with one unit per injection and see how
13:59you respond and i'm just repeating the same thing very shallow injections two units per point on this
14:07side of the face

15:27when you make a strong frowning expression you can actually feel that muscle with your fingers
15:33the more comfortable you get with your anatomical knowledge and understanding of the
15:38muscle the better your results will be in the early years when i was first learning i always looked
15:45at anatomical photos and just anatomy in anatomy books and online to refresh my memory of anatomy
15:55this is so important because you'll become so much more confident when you understand facial anatomy
16:01i loaded my last syringe and my camera wasn't running guys sorry but i have the rest of that
16:07vial of dahantox in this last syringe and i'm just going along the platysma where the platysma
16:14connects with the mandible and by treating this we're going to sharpen up the jawline help with any
16:21jowling and just give better shape to the jaw area the platysma pulls down on the jawline and so
16:29by treating that the jaw looks more defined and less waviness in the jaw if you know what i mean
16:35that's an aging problem where the jawline gets wavy looking last but not least i'm going to do a
16:40little lip flip i wasn't sure if i wanted to but i decided i was going to go ahead and do that
16:45because it does give the upper lip some nice fullness and also treats any vertical lip lines
16:51i'm doing a conservative treatment here just one unit per dot if you over treat the upper lip it can
16:57make it difficult to drink through a straw so just be aware a conservative treatment is always better
17:02in this area until you really know how your lip flip is going to respond again this one is very
17:08shallow just the tip of the needle at a shallow angle into the skin one unit per point the
17:15lip is a little sensitive so beware in this area that it does have a little bite to it you can see
17:21how i use my fingers to spread the skin so it's a little more taut and the needle goes in easier
17:36so as far as aftercare i don't push rub press on the areas there are some little bumps that
17:46dissipate after a few hours i generally skip any hard workouts the day of tox treatments and i don't
17:52lay down and take a nap for at least four hours after having a tox treatment i personally avoid any
17:58headbands or hats or anything that's going to press on the forehead area so just be mindful we don't want
18:03any pressing on the area that we've treated we don't want to move the toxin out of the place that
18:11we put it i usually wear a little tinted mineral sunscreen after tox treatments and then by the
18:16next day i will do my full skincare and makeup routine going back to the jawline treatment my
18:21markings were kind of wiped off so i re-cleanse the area and i'm remarking here i have experimented with
18:28placement directly on the jawbone and just underneath i think i like it slightly underneath the jawbone so
18:36that's just kind of something i've learned along the way both work but just slightly below the jawbone
18:42tends to just give that jawline better shape and eliminate some of that jowling
19:01so thank you so much for watching today's video in my next video i'm going to be treating my neck
19:23and giving a nice neck lift and treating the neck bands so stay tuned i'll see in my next video
