00:00what's up youtube welcome back to our channel juice and torque welcome back to another video
00:17all right so today we're taking you through a 15 minute ab strength workout all right oh yeah so
00:21this is a great workout to do if you're looking to really build your core really build some abs
00:25here especially if you're a beginner this is a great foundational workout that you can do to
00:29really build your core oh yeah so we're going to take you guys through two different sets of exercises
00:34each set will have seven different exercises okay within both sets we're going to do both dynamic
00:41and isometric exercises this allows you to work on building that core strength while also working
00:47on building the core muscles okay we're going to do the same isometric hold in each set but we're
00:53going to switch up that dynamic movement all right we have 20 seconds of dynamic movement followed by
00:5820 seconds of an isometric hold and then a 20 second break between each exercise yes in between
01:04both sets we'll give you a 30 second break we can give your abs a break grab a drink of water if you
01:09need it and then we'll go right through that second set exactly so there are no big modifications for
01:13this workout and just know it's totally okay if you have to drop for a second right if you need to
01:18take a little bit of break and then jump right back into it it's totally fine all right then you can
01:22come back to this workout and really build that core strength to where you can hold for that 40 seconds
01:26okay so we're going to roll right into this workout but following the workout will take you through
01:30a nice cool down to really open up the abs all right hey let's get right into it
