00:30pay tuition balances, cover rent or dormitory fees and to meet daily living expenses.
00:36Students complain that they are continually being told that there are unforeseen challenges resulting in the delay.
00:44The management of the YES program has issued a statement confirming that while the payments may be processed earlier,
00:52the latest date will be on or before the close of the financial year, 30th September 2025.
