Chairman of the Sangre Grande Regional Corporation Kenwyn Phillip tells TV6 he never threw the Minister or anyone under the bus. He says, he too received death threats, and he thought it best to bring the situation to Minister Sturge's attention.

00:44and seeking advice on how I should go about it, because the trust I received, it was worrying.

00:56Yeah, well, I was advised, you know, the normal routes that I take, I need to change it or something.
