00:03There has been too much violence and societal destruction in the last 25 years.

00:13This was part of the Prime Minister's response to our request for comment regarding U.S. President Donald Trump's announcement
00:19on the social media platform Truth Social that on Monday morning on his orders,
00:24U.S. military forces conducted a second kinetic strike against what he said were positively identified

00:39President Trump, along with the U.S. Department of War, posted video of the strike.
00:44President Trump said, quote,
00:46The strike occurred while these confirmed narco-terrorists from Venezuela were in international waters transporting illegal narcotics.
00:54A deadly weapon poisoning Americans headed to the U.S.
00:58These extremely violent drug trafficking cartels pose a threat to U.S. national security, foreign policy, and vital U.S. interests.

01:33Prime Minister Passat-Bissessa told TV6 News that the only persons who are against this action are those who benefit directly or indirectly from the illegal drug trade.
01:43The Prime Minister further said, quote,
01:45Our citizens must take a close look at the individuals and organizations that are protesting against the drug interdiction activities of the U.S. Navy
01:54and ask, why are they fighting so vehemently to protect drug traffickers, end quote.

03:06Our economy is awash with drug money, so I expect vociferous opposition to the U.S. government's actions on mainstream media and social media,
